My interactions with Tiki were exemplary and highly professional
. Tiki carefully and thoroughly explained when I would receive my order and she was right on the money! In addition, she explained the return process (the color didn't match) and reminded me of the tracking number which was necessary. Tiki is kind and an extreme pleasure!

This letter serves as a formal demand for a full refund to my PayPal account within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of this correspondence.
I have provided all the requested documentation and have fully complied with every requirement on my part. Despite this, the matter remains unresolved as we approach nearly one year of ongoing correspondence. This prolonged delay has resulted in significant financial and emotional strain.
Given the length of time, my full compliance, and the absence of resolution, I am requesting immediate reimbursement. If the full refund is not issued to my PayPal account within the stated seven-day period, I will proceed with filing a civil complaint without further notice.
I would prefer to resolve this matter amicably and without escalation, but I am prepared to pursue all remedies available to me should this request continue to be ignored or delayed.

I recently ordered about $350 worth of items from Chic Lodi, and my experience was extremely disappointing. What I received looked nothing like the pictures online. The material felt very cheap, the stitching was uneven and even different colors in some places, and everything arrived extremely wrinkled.
The items came squeezed into a tiny plastic bag—I didn’t even realize it was my order at first. For the price I paid, the quality was shockingly low.
Returning the items was another unpleasant experience. I sent everything back the same day, yet I still lost around $100 because of return shipping costs, restocking fees, and other charges they deducted. I did not feel that the company handled the return fairly.
Overall, based on my personal experience, I would rate this company zero stars if I could. The quality, packaging, delays, and return process were all extremely disappointing. I will not be purchasing from them again.

The company is a total Fraud. We have been cheated out of $600+ dollars, after 90 days and 30+ communications to get a refund for the three dresses returned within seven days. We have now disputed the charges with PayPal, Visa, and the Federal Trade Commission.
We are working with the FBI (IC3) team. Your China deliveries and Texas Scam counterpart are soon to be all done. Mark my words.

We have sent you the return details you have asked for ~ a dozen times. Pics of the AWB, Pics of the Box with the dresses in it, PICs of the UPS girl scanning the box. YOU ARE A Fraud.

I ordered a dress that I was sure would be perfect for me. It came on time. I put it on and I didnt like it at all. The quality was great but it just wasnt for me. I contacted them and they asked if there was anything wrong ( material, bad sewing etc). After that they gave me instructions on how to send it back, keeping me updated throughout. They refunded everything except the postage.....I couldnt have asked for more. They were professional about the whole thing. I would order from them again without hesitation.

I’m really disappointed with this website. It’s very hard to contact them, and their customer service takes a long time to reply. I didn’t like the dresses — the sizes are not good, and the quality of the pieces is bad. I wanted to return the dresses, but they don’t offer a pickup service; I have to ship them myself and pay for the shipping costs, unlike other websites. This is my first time ordering from them and definitely the last. A very bad website.

I purchased a dress on the website. When I finally received, after paying for countless delivery/customer expenses, it was a total disappointment.
The product is completely different than the pictures on the website. Very bulky, wrong size, cheap ugly material.
But the worse part is the customer service. I have been dealing with them since 2 weeks now trying to return the item and they really make it impossible. The provide a US return address with a Chinese telephone number. The delivery company cannot proceed with the delivery cause OBVIOUSLY they need a local (US) number to contact the consignee during delivery. They are refusing to provide a telephone number. And because of this, my package is stuck in the warehouse since days and every day cost me money. I have been trying to ask for this telephone number multiple times and every single time either they ignore or they answer something totally not related to my query blaming me cause they cannot track the package.
Not to forget that when you place an order, during check out they even dare to ask for TIPS!!!

This is my worst online purchase experience. I never seen an unprofessional treatment and disrespect of customers as with this company.
1. The quality of the product.
Horrible fabric, absolutely different than the pictures, it's deceiving pictures.
2. Very overpriced.
3. Very bad customer service.
I will try to summarize the story, few weeks ago I bought the dress based on their website photo and then I received totally different dress even the color shade isn't the same. Completely unpleasant. It cost me 200 Euros including shipping.
When I received the dress and wanted to to get refund they said you either send it to the US ( cost at least 100 euros) or we can give 35 usd refund to your order. Taking advantage of the situation. At the end with their terrible communication I accepted the 35 euros refund and lost the rest of my money.
I know I contribute to this by choosing unreliable company but I don't want anyone to same the mistake.

Cheap nasty products that don't match the photos, colours or descriptions. Return shipping is super expensive and even when you do return the item , they pretend you haven't returned it. I have been chasing this company for many months trying to get my money back after its return. They kept r pretending they couldn't see the photos etc or shopping receipt. Eventually came back saying they will refund me but PayPal was stopping the refund. Asked for a direct refund and then they offered a voucher , even though they had stated they would refund me if I returned the item. Stay away. Scam scam scam.

After weeks of waiting and returning the dress I still have not heard anything from the company. The dress was WAY too small and miss labeled for size. Terrible customer service. If I hear back from them and the issue is resolved I will re write this review. I am very very disappointed and out over 200 dollars.

This is by far the worst dress I’ve ever purchased in my life. The material is absolutely not worth the price — it feels like a $10 dress from SHEIN. They’re scamming people, I’m telling you.
I bought this dress for a charity event and even paid extra for express shipping — what a total waste of money.
The photos online look so elegant and beautiful, but the dress I received was completely different! Horrible quality — the seams at the top and bottom were coming apart like some cheap knock-off. How on earth is this supposed to be a dress that costs over $200?
If the CEO has any conscience, they wouldn’t run a business like this.
Save your money — if you’re going to spend over $200, just go to a nearby department store. Lesson learned the hard way. Oh my god I am so mad. If I could give zero star, I would.
