اسوأ خدمه لا ينصح بالتعامل

اسوأ خدمه لا ينصح بالتعامل. اذا قابلتك اي مشكله بعد الشراء ستقابل مشاكل عديده و وقت طويل جدا لحلها لا يوجد اي مهارات من اداره خدمه العملاء لخدمه عملاؤهم و كسب ثقتهم وغالبا لن تكون تكون هناك حلول مرضيه للعميل .
Worst service. Not recommended to deal with. If you encounter any problem after purchase, you will encounter many problems and it will take a very long time to solve them. The customer service department has no skills to serve their customers and gain their trust, and most likely there will be no satisfactory solutions for the customer.

Bad online shopping experience.

Bad online shopping experience.
Poor logistics management and slow customer service.
Placed an order online whilst having a month-long stay in Abu Dhabi. Received email confirmation with track number on same day. Tracking showed the item was shipped but pending delivery in the next 3 consecutive days. Cole Haan didn't alert me about any delivery issues.
So I sent an email enquiry to them but got a standard reply. Again no more update in next 4 days, so I sent a chaser email. Then got a reply (sincere apologies... anticipate a resolution in next 1-2days). Again no more update in next 5 days. I sent an email to cancel the order and request for refund. Received their reply to proceed on refund. Now 3 days passed, refund still NOT appeared in my credit card account.
Cole Haan NOT ready for the online era, definitely.
