I am extremely satisfied with the quality of Culbia’s craftsmanship. The purse looks exquisite and well-made. I ordered two purses and one of the purses got a minor dent either during packaging or while in transit. Once I notified their customer support, their rep, Maria, immediately sent a replacement. She was very apologetic, courteous and fast in ensuring the replacement shipment occurred.

I saw their page on social media and after checking the background and where the bags are made i decided to order two bags! Since they had them on sale! And what a surprise! First placing the order was super easy, and shipping was very fast and then when the package arrived I was very surprised and impressed! Beautiful packaging and stunning bags! I am very hard to please I don’t like logos or mainstream bag regardless of the pricing! So this one is
A big hit! Perfection in a bag! I thought I would gift one to my sister but I changed my mind keeping both for me this time.

I ordered the Ozzy leather bag from Culbia, which is marketed as a Portuguese brand. Based on the description, I expected a genuine leather product made in Portugal.

Instead, I received a bag shipped from China, and the material is clearly not real leather. The smell, texture, and feel are consistent with synthetic or PU leather, not the quality that was advertised.

This feels highly misleading. If a product is manufactured in China and made from faux leather, that should be clearly disclosed before purchase. Transparency matters, especially at this price point.

I would not have placed this order had the true origin and material been stated honestly.

Bought one of their bags (the Gaia model) that says it's 100% genuine leather but it came out of the box smelling strongly of plastic, and looking just like plastic. It is scuffing in the part where the buckle touches the alleged leather, which is something true leather wouldn't do. I highly doubt it's genuine. I looked it up and saw the brand recently rebranded from Looks Like Summer to Culbia, and under that name they had lots of negative reviews with claims of selling plastic stuff while calling it genuine leather. They also say they design the bags in Portugal, but the bag's tag says made in China, which isn't a lie but is misleading.

I am extremely happy to with my purchase. This brand mark my word will be a leading brand globally! The quality of the material, the design of the handbags the excellent customer service experience, I am beyond impressed. When I first saw the handbag, I thought it was a made in Italy LVMH kind of quality leather goods. I placed my order trusting my eye for quality and beauty not knowing anything about the brand. And boy I was not disappointed. It arrived via fedex by delivery at record speed across continents. The customer service was extremely professional responsive solution oriented and I had the same experience as I would with a grande maison of fashion. I wanted to leave this review so that it doesn’t go overlooked how this brand is awesome and I will be ordering more and more from them because everyone is in love with my handbag and I am ecstatic about it!! Products are not made in portugal or anywhere in europe, they are made in china, bad quality, DONT BUY!!!! also, they promise free express shipping, and believe me it will take almost a month or more to get to you. if they send them. SCAM! DONT BUY

I am usually wary of buying on line but when I saw an Instagram post from Culbia featuring their Ozzy bag I couldn't resist so much so I have purchased four bags within 10 days !. Not only is the workmanship beautiful and is exactly as in their ad but my first two bags arrived within a week which I wasn't expecting. Ordered Ozzy purse, received a message providing a tracking number and expected delivery. Never heard back. Sent a message wherein I was told due to production there’d be a delay but offered $30 gift card. Requested them to cancel my order, never heard back from them. They did receive my payment but not a word from customer service on cancellation or if the purse has been sent.
Update: company did reimburse me the total amount.
