The Cybex Balios S Lux is a sturdy pram with a gorgeous colour and strong wheels, and the frame folds easily, although it is quite heavy. That said, there are a few really annoying issues. The raincover is ridiculous, it barely fits and the straps don’t secure properly. I’ve never been able to use it because it just blows off instantly, which is so frustrating when you live in England. The hood is another problem. There’s a button that’s meant to clip the fabric, but it just won’t reach properly. I even took it to Mamas & Papas for help and they couldn’t fix it, and the plastic rod that shapes the hood keeps popping out all the time.
I also find the pram’s height really small. My son has just turned one and his head doesn’t fit under the hood anymore, so I’m now having to buy a different pram even though I spent just under £1,000 on this set. I would expect a pram at this price to last for his whole pram life, so it’s really disappointing.
The car seat and bassinet were lovely and really easy to use, and the pram itself is cute, but the raincover and hood issues make it so frustrating to use every day.

I regret buying the Cybex e-Priam. I chose it specifically for the electric assist, expecting it to make daily walks in a hilly area easier. Instead, it has been unreliable from the start.
On completely flat surfaces, the stroller randomly brakes on one wheel, as if the motor engages unevenly. It makes noise, creates resistance, and feels unstable. The core feature — the electric assist — simply does not work as it should. For a product positioned and priced as premium, this is unacceptable.
The customer experience has been even more disappointing. Rather than offering a replacement or refund for what appears to be a defective product, I was asked to send the entire stroller back for inspection — without any immediate solution in the meantime. As a parent of a newborn, being left without a stroller while the product is “examined” is not realistic. There was no proactive proposal to exchange it, no clear timeline, and no sense of urgency.
At this price point, you expect reliability and proper after-sales support. Instead, the responsibility and inconvenience are pushed onto the customer. I would not recommend it.

I ordered a stroller from Cybex Online on 21 January with a promised delivery time of 2-4 days. Today is 10 February and the stroller has still not arrived.it is already 21 days if waiting.
What made this situation extremely frustrating is that the delivery date was changed every single day from “today” to “tomorrow,” giving the impression that the delivery was imminent when it clearly was not. This went on for over two weeks.
When I asked to cancel the order and receive a refund, I was told that I must either wait for the item to arrive and then return it, or deliberately miss the delivery. Both options could take an indefinite amount of time, which is unacceptable, especially for a baby product.
I believe this is unreasonable and poor customer service. I simply wanted to cancel my order and purchase a stroller elsewhere, but instead I was left without the product and without my money.
I would not recommend ordering from this website based on my experience

The stroller has pros and cons as all do but my cons listed are probably expected for the size. I would not use this as my everyday stroller. Definitely great for travel especially in an airplane not having to wait a long time for the stroller.
Pros:
-Easy to fold
-Compact as promised and fits in overhead of an airplane
-Lightweight
Cons:
-Bumper bar (sold separately) is not able to fold with the stroller so it makes it a bit challenging when you’re in a rush. Otherwise, it’s not a big deal to remove.
-Canopy does not have a mesh on the sides or top for ventilation.
-Doesn’t have good suspension so don’t expect this stroller to work well in bump streets. It’s expected considering the size of the wheels but something to note.
-Storage space at the bottom is VERY small so expect to have an alternative option to hang things. A toddler book bag barely fits.

This was one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.
I ordered a baby high chair from cybex-online.com on 19.12.2025. DHL received the parcel on 22.12, but on 31.12 the tracking showed:
“Due to an address error, the shipment could not be delivered and will be held.”
The same thing happened again on 10.01.2026.
There was no way to contact DHL (no phone, no form, no email). So I contacted Cybex support and gave them all the details. Their response? Just a template email with the same tracking link I already had. Zero real help.
The situation was simple: Cybex should have contacted DHL or at least given me proper support contacts. Instead, they did absolutely nothing. I only wasted time going back and forth with useless replies.
In the end, I had to wait over a month until the parcel was returned to them, and only then I got my refund.
Cybex support did nothing. No contact with DHL. No real help. No responsibility. Just empty, automated responses while my order was stuck.
I will never use cybex-online.com again and I strongly advise others to avoid it.
UPD: Even here they only reply with empty, template-style messages. It feels like pure imitation of activity - no one is actually interested in solving problems, only in looking like they are doing their job. Completely useless.

Despite several attempts to clearly explain my issue, it was obvious that my messages were never read. I only received automated replies asking for a photo of a “missing item,” which had nothing to do with my situation.

I sent my Cybex buggy for repair through Baby Planet, who passed it on to Cybex. My baby was in the buggy when the brakes failed — a serious safety risk.
Despite explaining that I do the school run daily and that my baby is unwell, Cybex provided no loan buggy and ignored the urgency. Being without an essential buggy for nearly two weeks has been extremely stressful, and communication about the repair has been very slow. Parents should be aware that if anything goes wrong with a Cybex buggy, you may be left without a buggy for an extended period, and there may be no temporary solution offered.

Absolute Disappointment
I spent £199 on a Cybex car seat for my daughter and honestly regret it.
The build quality is weak and flimsy, nowhere near what you’d expect at this price point. The seat feels unstable, which is unacceptable for a product that’s supposed to keep a child safe. To make matters worse, the headrest doesn’t adjust properly – it barely moves, if at all, making it useless as the child grows.
For a brand that markets itself as “premium,” this product is shockingly poor. I’ve seen sturdier, better-designed car seats at half the price.
This is not fit for purpose, and I have zero confidence in it. I want a FULL REFUND immediately. £199 for this is daylight robbery.
Avoid unless you enjoy paying premium prices for sub-standard quality.
