got my package after 26 days

Deloox review

I had a bad experience with Deloox the other day (#17852304)
I bought a perfume from Deloox on 10/29/25
I got the order confirmation, and it said on the website that it would be delivered within 2-3 days, so after 5 days (11/04/25) without any other response, I decided to contact them to ask what had happened to it. (At this time, my delivery app said that the delivery company had not received the package yet, but Deloox's website said that they had sent it).
Immediately after, an automatic email came, saying that they would respond within 7 business days, and the next day (11/05/25) they responded, and wrote that I should send the order number so they could see if they could find my order.
I did so right after. They wrote back, said that they could not find the order, and would send me on to their real customer service. (They will also respond within 7 business days)
After 8 business days (11/13/25) without a response, they finally wrote that they were sorry that they had not had time to respond. They then asked if the problem had been solved yet or if it was still relevant. If it was still relevant, I should answer with “yes” and then they will prioritize me highest in responding back.
I wrote yes, and not until 6 days later they responded again. (11/19/25)
They wrote that the package had been found to be lost in their sorting of packages.
They then gave me 2 options: either I could get my money back, or they could send it again. I chose to have it sent again. They sent it the same day, and I received it 5 days later. (11/24/25)
When I got the package, I opened it and it looked perfectly fine.

So all in all, their products are legit enough, their customer service is nice, but in my experience they have no control over the sorting of their packages and delivery.

Unfortunately, the first parcel was incorrectly sorted by the carrier and ended up in the wrong shipping network, which resulted in it being returned. We contacted you immediately on 19 November and sent a new parcel, which you received on 24 November.

We are glad that it finally arrived safely and that the product was in perfect condition. Thank you for your patience during this process and we apologise for the delay.

Very unprofessional company that leaves…

Very unprofessional company that leaves it’s customers in the dark. The day I ordered my package, I was told I would get a mail once it had been shipped so I could track the package. I had to call because a week had passed with no word and on the site it says that shipping takes 1-8 days. I called and they said a product in my order had not been available yet, they said they would ship it the next day. I have been tracking my package for the last 5 days with no new updates about shipment, until one day it says that Delois has cancelled my order. I call and ask why, and I’m told that the order was damaged and that they’ll send me a new one in 4 days 🤦🏻‍♀️
The thing that’s uncomfortable about this is being left in the dark as a customer, receiving no info from the company itself about all this and having to sit and wonder on my own and be the one to reach out multiple times.

Beware: perfume smells fake

Purchased one of my favorite perfumes but thats definitely not what is in the bottle. The smell is overpowering and like soap - I suspect it is fake goods.

Not reliable



I am extremely disappointed with this company’s service. Their website states that delivery takes up to three days, which is why I chose them to buy a gift for my friend’s birthday on the 12th. However, while a shipping label was created on March 5th, the package itself was never sent.

When I called customer service today, I was assured that my package would be delivered between 10:00 and 16:00. Trusting this information, I waited, only to find out that no such delivery was scheduled by the postal company. As a result, my order never arrived, and I had to rush to buy another gift—one I hadn’t originally planned for.

I expected reliable service but instead received misleading information and unnecessary stress. Very disappointing!

Very fast delivery

Very fast delivery, the company is very efficient and successful when it comes to delivery. The product is of high quality and genuine, packaging in very good condition. And they give you information and tracking of your package on a daily basis.

The shopping experience was good

The shopping experience was good, found the perfumes I wanted.

However, the air bags in the package were broken when they were delivered, I would expect more protection in the package for perfumes to be honest.

Also the shipping fee is quite high, and it doesn't matter what you order or for how much
