Watch doesn't work
The watch stopped working after a month of owning it. I gave the company the 1 star because they actually do respond to emails. I sent the watch back and was told after inspecting it I would be refunded or it would be replaced. I then was told I would be given a refund, which I never received.Now 4 months later I have disputed the charge with my bank. It has been nothing but a headache and I never know what time it is.

Watch doesn't work. Customer service atrocious
I ordered a Sorpasso chronograph. It arrived OK and looks nice but it doesn't work. It immediately started losing time then stopped completely. I've now spent over 2 weeks trying to get a response out of their customer service so I can return the watch and get a refund but they either don't reply or send links which don't work in the UK. I'm completely frustrated and fed up with the whole experience.

BUY A DIFFERENT BRAND
about three weeks ago, I received a Watch which I was not happy with so I’ve sent it back for a refund and we’re still waiting and waiting and waiting for the refund to go through after I don’t know how many texts I have sent them. I’m still waiting just stay away from DETOMASO and buy a different Brand,
of Watch. There’s plenty out there. just so frustrating that I don’t give you any information.

However, I see that our team sent you a return label and the watch was only delivered on Saturday. As soon as the return is accepted by our logistics team and processed, we will initiate the refund process. It usually takes 3 to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your chosen payment method.
Once again, we sincerely apologise for disappointing you with our service and our product. But we are doing everything we can to improve the quality of both and hope to see you again someday.

Avoid Detomaso Watches – terrible customer service and chaos
I bought a Detomaso watch in 2024. After an accident the glass broke, and I followed their instructions to send it back for repair. From that moment everything turned into a nightmare:
• The watch got “lost” in their system.
• I was promised a replacement, then suddenly told otherwise.
• The repaired watch was wrongly sent to Copenhagen instead of Oslo.
• Later it was returned to them again without my knowledge.
• Finally, when they tried to send it with FedEx, it was stopped at German Customs because the original invoice was missing.
I have now sent multiple e-mails without any proper solution. There is no phone number to call, only endless e-mails with no real progress. The contact person I spoke with was friendly, but the company’s processes are completely inefficient and unreliable.
I am extremely disappointed and warn others: think twice before buying a Detomaso watch.

Awful Communication
I ordered my watch a week ago, despite multiple emails and inquiries I have heard nothing. Customer service is non-existent and their phone hours are hopelessly obtuse.
Hoping a review might actually prompt them to give me the time of day.
Don't waste your own time, or your own money. Judging by other reviews this is a pattern of behaviour they've made no attempt to change.
Update: There was apparently a problem with the order, and yes, the review did finally garner a response. I opted for a refund. And for the record, they stated they don't offer phone support. In complete contradiction to their website.

Faulty Watch & 2 Weeks later Detomaso Still Not Providing Return Details
I ordered a watch with a metal strap which was faulty so I wanted to return it. I contacted Detomaso Watches the day the watch arrived 10 July and requested a return label but I heard nothing for days. I eventually got return label but not until I had contacted Detomaso 3 or 4 times. I did get a full refund but that took almost 2 weeks and I did have to chase them to get that.
The watch itself looked good but the strap was a problem.
I therefore decided to order a similar watch but with a leather strap which has arrived today and I am pleased with so far!
