Let's go head on. Their shipping is slow. It may take weeks between placing an order and getting it delivered. If you can't take it - move on.
But if you have some time - this is a great company. Their products are fantastic. Their prices are great. They respond to requests within a day. They honestly addressed every issue I had (like they sent a wrong model and quickly replaced it, explained how to clean the grinder until I was happy).
So they are honestly trying to provide high quality products and keep the prices low at the expense of slower shipment. I think it's fair.
No support when coffee machine arrived broken. Steam pipe broken off and water leaks everywhere. It does not function at all. Only suggestion is to use the WeChat app (I tried however could not get account started). No acknowledgement that the machine did not work. No offer of assistance. Just said that I could pay to send the broken machine back at my expense. Not worth the cost on a $700 machine.

I find this misleading as the item was listed as being in stock in the website for UK users at the time of purchase. But this is actually a international shipment. It took 7 days to get the tracking code, and the tracking code took 3 weeks to be 'trackable' in the UK.
It worth 3 stars because you get what you paid in terms of the quality of the product.

I had a great experience with this store. I purchased a Burr coffee grinder, and the order was processed and delivered very quickly.
The product arrived in perfect condition, exactly as described. I really appreciate the professionalism, fast shipping, and good communication.
Thank you for the excellent service — highly recommended!

I ordered a df54 grinder. Today it arrived and works wonderful. I am very happy with it. For shipping to Romania it took 20 days. A little more then the estimate 5-14 days on the site.
The replies to my emails were a little laggy but it was a clear and nice communication.
No extra taxes, no custom fees, no VTA, just the price I paid when I made the order.
Have nice espressos everyone!

Today I received DF54 (ordered on January 6). The box is a little wrinkled, but everything seems to be fine. Even the needle is calibrated to Zero. The wire is quite long, which is convenient. Everything is OK with static, even without humidification. If you have 54mm, it is advisable to purchase a cup separately, it will hold well in its native holder with an elastic band.
I ordered a DF64V V2 grinder with an initially stated delivery timeframe of mid to late December.
After the purchase, I was informed that delivery would be delayed until February 2026. When I requested a cancellation due to this substantial change, the seller refused a refund unless I accepted significant deductions (5% fee plus USD 80 shipping), despite the fact that nothing had been shipped.
Repeated references were made to a “no refund” policy, even though the delivery terms were changed unilaterally and significantly after purchase. The issue was only resolved after escalating the matter through my credit card provider, who issued a full refund.
From my experience, EU customers should be very cautious. The handling of pre-orders, delivery delays, and refund requests lacks transparency and does not appear customer-friendly.

placed an order (#22528) for a DF64V V2 ($499). Over a week later, they emailed me saying it was out of stock until February 2026 (3 months later!).
When I asked to cancel and get a refund, they actually replied: "I am so sorry there will be no cancellation / refund."
They tried to hold my money hostage and force me to swap for a different, cheaper grinder (CF64V) that I didn't want. They claimed they couldn't refund me because of "credit card fees," which is a lie and a violation of merchant rules.
They are based overseas and think they can ignore US consumer laws. Save yourself the headache and buy from a reputable local distributor instead.

After some initial scepticism and having first posted an unfavourable review, I believe it is only fair to retract my original comments and amend this review in favour of the company.
While the initial communication was not ideal, once proper dialogue was established and I had clearly explained my frustration, the company was willing to work constructively towards a resolution. I amended my order, which was then dispatched promptly and delivered within the stated timeframe.
I purchased a DF64 Gen 2, and it is an excellent grinder that performs flawlessly. I am very pleased with the product.
The only reason for a three-star rating is the difficulty experienced during the early stages of communication. My recommendation to future customers would be to communicate frequently and be firm regarding your country’s consumer rules and regulations. The company appears to be relatively new, and I expect their processes and communication will continue to improve as they gain more experience in the e-commerce space.

I bought the grinder expecting great things based on reviews I've seen online.
However, since buying this grinder I've had nothing but issues.
- Clogging. From the moment I turned on the grinder I've had 0.7-0.8g retained every dose. The declumper seems to be defective and doesn't look as it should. Even after cleaning it out it still clogs.
- Motor struggling. The grinder moves across the counter because the motor seems to be working too hard unless I feed the beans in 1-2 at a time, this is on low RPM also.
- Deep scratches internally in the grinder
- Chipped metal on the body of the grinder where the chute attaches (probably the cause of the clogging)
- Sent me the wrong burrs
- Assured me that the burrs were aligned before sending it to me, both aren't aligned.
- Center bolt for lower burr carrier was loose
Cannot get consistent grind setting because I have to keep taking the top of the grinder off to declog and every time I put it back on the settings change and it needs to be zeroed again. Impossible to dial in a shot because of this.
Really disappointed at how unprofessional customer support has been. They love to point the finger and play the blame game when clearly the product is fault, defective and visibly has issues.
The first thing they said to me was to add 20 to my grind setting and that will resolve any issues. My grind setting was already at 30 to begin with. Instructions state that espresso would be somewhere in the region of 0-30, so I knew this advice was just wrong.
I'm still waiting for a response from them to resolve this via replacement or refund but they have went quiet and stopped replying. I will update if I get any solution but right now I'm not convinced based on other reviews and what I've seen on reddit!
Please save your money and don't buy from this company!

Machine is clogged after one week. What an awful product and customer service system they have

Great price, quick communication, delivery was quick
Fast shipping, good product. Enjoy 0 retention and fast grinding.
I had a 15 years old Mazzer mini grinder with a hopper, I wanted to go single dose, and this one caught my eyes and heard recommendation from a friend. I have sold the Mazzer 2nd hand, and ordered DF64 2gen with DLC burrs. after a small adjustment it works perfectly. I am not in the US, you miss the most important country, where you have many customers and generally located between Italy and Ireland
The DF54 is an amazing coffee grinder — the price-to-quality ratio is outstanding. It was delivered to my home (Rotterdam) by DHL within 12 working days, just as stated. Tracking updates only started once the grinder arrived in the Netherlands, but that’s clearly mentioned on the website, so no problem at all.
Customer service was very responsive and answered my questions quickly, usually on the same working day. Everything was well packaged and arrived complete with clear instructions and even a cleaning brush included. For this price, you won’t find a better grinder. Highly recommended! ☕👌
I purchased a DF64 grinder, which was faulty from the very first use. The unit clogged constantly, sprayed grounds all over the kitchen, and produced wildly inconsistent grind sizes even with the same beans. A brand new grinder should not require full disassembly, vacuuming, and cleaning just to function, yet DF64 insisted this was “normal performance.” It is not. This is a fundamental design flaw and makes the grinder unfit for its basic purpose.
After months of troubleshooting at their insistence, including part swaps and dismantling the machine, nothing improved. I was forced to waste endless time trying to make a defective product work. The replacement unit they eventually sent was no better, with exactly the same issues of mess, retention, and inconsistency. Clearly, this is a systemic fault, not “user error.”
At one point, DF64 offered to send me a replacement ioniser part, and I accepted this in good faith as a final attempt to resolve the defects. Instead of honouring that, they began emailing me with aggressive and harassing messages, setting arbitrary deadlines, and threatening “serious action” against me. This, despite the fact that my family was overseas, dealing with a sudden bereavement, and I had already complied with their endless demands.
Their emails even labelled me a “problematic customer” admitting they had listed my defective grinder for resale before even collecting it. That is appalling and shows blatant disregard for consumer rights and business ethics.
This company knowingly sells and resells defective grinders, refuses accountability, and bullies customers instead of standing behind their products. The DF64 grinder is poorly engineered, messy, inconsistent, and unsuitable for anyone who values reliability in their daily coffee routine.
I strongly advise avoiding DF64 Coffee altogether. Save your money and purchase from a reputable brand that respects both its products and its customers.
REPLY TO RESPONSE:
Your response is false and deliberately misleading. The first grinder you supplied was defective from the very first use, repeatedly clogging and requiring dismantling and vacuuming just to function. The replacement unit was also faulty, spraying coffee across the kitchen every single time it was used. To suggest this was a “minor adjustment” is a complete misrepresentation.
You claim you sent me “two free dosing cups” when in reality the one that came with the grinder was faulty and you replaced it once. That was not a gift, it was a basic warranty obligation.
You also offered to send me an ioniser part which I accepted in good faith, yet instead of honouring your own proposal you bombarded me with aggressive emails and arbitrary deadlines while I was overseas managing the sudden death of a family member. That conduct is harassment.
Most disturbing is your written admission that you placed my defective grinder up for resale before even refunding me. This is unethical, dishonest and demonstrates blatant disregard for consumer rights.
The truth is simple. DF64 Coffee supplied two defective grinders, falsely presented a mandatory replacement as a “free extra,” reneged on their own offer of repair, and resorted to harassment and threats rather than fulfilling their legal obligations. No consumer should ever have to deal with a company that behaves this way.

I ordered a DF64 II August batch. It was sent before the minimal shipping date, and I even received it before that!
The grinder is awesome, way better than my Italian one, the grind is uniform, without lumps. It's quick to grind, not that noisy (still compare to my Italian grinder, it's even less noisy and quicker).
It's also "clean" and doesn't spill coffee everywhere. Retention is minimal, as advertised.
I had to contact them for an import tax issue, and they were very quick to answer.
I'm very satisfied.
I placed an order for a grinder but accidentally selected the wrong colour. I immediately placed a second order in the correct colour and emailed the company asking to cancel the first one before anything had shipped.
Instead of a simple cancellation, I was told that they operate a no refund / no cancellation policy. They then offered only three “options”:
- Change the order variation
- Accept a refund minus $80 shipping and 5% fees (even though nothing had been dispatched)
- Proceed with the unwanted order
The tone of the emails was extremely blunt and unhelpful. I’ve never encountered such an inflexible and dismissive approach from a retailer.
Buyers should be aware that if you make a genuine mistake, this company will not work with you fairly — they will hide behind their “policies” and attempt to deduct large sums for orders that haven’t even shipped.
I cannot recommend this company and urge others to exercise caution before purchasing.

Horrible cancellation & return policy and they are in Singapore, which they never mention on their website

Cannot fault the company or the product.
I ordered on a Thursday evening, it got to me Monday morning, that's 2 business days which is incredible for shipping to Ireland.
I received Extra taxes, customer support helped me within a day.
The grinder is working as it should. The price paid is €100 cheaper than anywhere else and I am writing this while enjoying my coffee.
I have not had any issues which is why I am giving 5 star.

This company does not abide by UK law and will not honour the warranty they state on their website.
Please look at the website and see their terms of service, lack of information and other reviews before considering a purchase. Do not make the mistake I made.
One month after my DF64 Gen 2 grinder (purchased for over £300) arrived, the screw attaching one of the burrs fell out and was ground along with my coffee beans. It clearly had not been assembled correctly, constituting a manufacturing error. I had put less than 1kg of coffee through, and had never accessed the burrs myself, using the product straight out of the box. This has caused damage to the burrs and metal shavings are dispersed throughout the machine, meaning it is no longer food safe.
I sent an email immediately to the customer service department with pictures as evidence, and have had correspondence with them since. They are refusing to replace my machine or refund me. This is a clear breach of the UK consumer rights act 2015. They state I could have accessed the screws and loosened them myself so they have no obligation to replace the machine or refund me. They also state this is not a manufacturing error so doesn't come under warranty - although it clearly is a manufacturing error. They state a screw is a moveable part - a point which is only true when it's not screwed in right by the factory!
After many emails they did offer a replacement burr set and screw, which they said I'd need to pay $30 shipping fee for. Again, this breaches UK law as a customer should not have to pay for replacement under warranty.
I have explained this also does not resolve the issue of miniscule metal shards being dispersed throughout a machine that makes a product for human consumption, and all they have presented as a solution is that I vacuum it! The danger this would represent given the likelihood of some sharp, hazardous metal remaining in the machine does not seem to concern them.
I have informed them of the legal breaches with their actions and they have not changed their actions, instead inviting me to proceed down the route of small claims court.
I cannot find any public information to identify their CEO or anyone else I can escalate this to, and they do not escalate this issue within their organisation even after I asked multiple times.
Do not purchase from this website, you will regret it.
Addit following reply 4/8/25:
It is valid for a customer to expect a free replacement for a defective device under warranty when the defect is a result of a manufacturing defect. Your claim that the screws need to be tightened "from time to time" is irrelevant in a machine that is one month old. The machine is not usable and has been damaged as you know from the pictures I have sent as evidence. As I said in my initial review, there are shards of metal throughout the grinder.
I am glad anyone reading this review and the reply from the distributor is able to see firsthand the inconsistency from df64coffee.com and avoid making the mistake I made of using their services. They do not honour warranty and do not obey UK law.
