AVOID THIS STORE at all costs

AVOID THIS STORE at all costs. We arrived on a very wet and cold February morning. The Chinese Hong Kong Manager was the most unfriendly, unhelpful person you could ever meet:NOT even a smile !! no warm welcome to the Birmingham Shop. She insisted the Front Doors stayed wide-open even though the store was ice-cold inside (no exaggeration!) We literally were frozen to death.
SHOP take note? Close the *** front door, keep everyone warm to enjoy shopping

A saving grace was 2 employees, Sam M. & Jack were very helpful. Jack should be the Store Manager, his product knowledge was outstanding ! Inspire 3 and 8k video camera purchase.

Who are we ? We are IDP Film.com. We buy a vast amount of equipment each year for Bollywood Cinema Filming. But we will not be visiting this terrible Birmingham shop again!
Hong Kong Manager: should go back home and let Jack run then shop and Welcome-in -Buyers !!

Disappointed.

Nothing wrong on DJI's part but have requested a refund because I would've of been charged twice for delivery from dpd, when I clearly specified a safe place after the first failed delivery. Also the cost of the delivery isn't being refunded, so am extremely disappointed with this transaction.

Well done DJI Hasselblad!

Recently ,I took my Two year old Pocket 3 into the DJI/ Hasselblad shop in Piccadilly Circus/London for repair. Initially I was told that there would be, no charge, for the repair. Imagine my surprise and delight,when I returned to the shop to pick up (what I thought would be) my repaired Pocket 3 and was presented with a brand new, sealed unit. Free of charge!!Thank you DJI/Hasselblad!😀

Return policy lets down great products

I do love the dji products but the returns policy of 2 weeks let’s it down. I bought a drone for a job, the job was cancelled, the drone was untouched , the box still had the plastic wrapper around it etc but they could not accept the return. I thought it was uk law to have a 4?week return window? Obviously not
