trash as always. they are not answer the phones and also always the same s. Not at home. at the same time I'm waiting front of the door.
I do not recommend DPD
Not every time, but most of the time (after my several attempts to use their service):
* DPD can lose your package during the delivery;
* DPD is expecting you to sit and wait for the courier for an entire day: DPD will email you "We will try to deliver your package tomorrow and will let you know when to expect the courier at your address" and won't let you know after, courier will arrive when it's handy for him/her, because of the previous very likely won't find you at home, and you'll receive another email "delivery unsuccessful, we'll retry later" (I suggest you call them back the moment you receive this, and check if you have a missed call too -- call back that number);
* DPD couriers can leave the package at your door without checking if someone's at all home; one time a courier left the package at the moment I answered "a moment please, opening" -- I opened the door -- package was on the floor, and there was no courier already.

First time using YEEP locker
First time using YEEP locker. Had notification to say parcel is in locker. Neither the barcode nor the pin work. Error message just says barcode failed. Online bot a waste of time!
Avoid DPD like the plague.
For some reason La Poste France use DPD in Poland to deliver their parcels. In the last 4 years a parcel that we sent to Warsaw in December has been returned to sender 3 times. The first two occasions were because the driver was too lazy to climb the stairs to a flat. Neither did he or she ring the door bell or call the phone number given. This year the excuse was that the address was not complete, total rubbish, it hasn't changed for nearly 100 years. A totally useless company which you should avoid at all costs. I will be avoiding La Poste also.
They shouldn't call themself delivery experts.
No estimated delivery date given. Tracking information doesn't even says in which depot my item is. I had to go to the store where i ordered the item and only there i found estimated delivery date which was today and now it's night time. So now i have no clue where or when my item will be delivered, if it will be delivered. No contact details like email or live chat to get information on my parcel location and status. Only because of them i will not going to buy from that store again if they will have only one option for delivery and it will be DPD.
Worse delivery service
My package was marked like i was not at home but i was even prove it with video becouse i ve aparthotel here no courrier showed up.Customer care told that them tryed to delivery in zabka but zabka refused 2 Times for tecnical issue.Necessary change courrier is not accettable service that you pay for delivery at home … not delivery marked false informations and send back the package the best is for contact customers care for heard the stupid informations and excuse you ve to pay for it.Its total rip off service
Bad system and client support
I got a notification from the email that the package is arrived in Zabka, but I went to Zabka and they said it wasn't. Customer support are not really helpful and make it like it's your fault. This is completely a waste of your time, energy and money. Please save your yourself and use inpost instead.

Beware of scammers
Beware of scammers! I never ship with DPD, but whenever I do, the measurements are always incorrect. Despite proof (I always take a photo of the measurements and weight), they charge unjustified fees. I hope the Polish consumer protection agency will shut down this dubious company.
The worst service in Poland
The worst service in Poland. Always have problems with DPD, courier doesn't call at all, down;t come ( because I'm at home all the time) and after that I simply get a notification that I was absent.
I've never had problems with other courier companies, but with DPD always.

Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service. My parcel was redirected day after day, and delivery was delayed for more than a week—so long that I had already left for a business trip. The tracking was unclear, showing a DPD branch instead of my address, so I never knew where the parcel would end up.
In the end, it was delivered to a drop-off point with only 2 days to collect it. Since I was already away, I asked if the storage period could be extended, even if I paid extra. The answer was simply “no.”
For me, this is unacceptable. Extending the holding period, especially when the delay is caused by DPD, should be a basic service.

Package held up in depot for 5 days, no way to contact
Amazon package held up in Liverpool depot for 5 days, no way to contact DPD to determine the reason, current status is reported as 'Ready for Delivery'. DPD online (PC) reports that you can talk to somebody via App Chat, no such service (I have the APP) so no way to contact DPD to discuss - absolute rubbish service (or 100% lack of service if you prefer)

Worst package company ever! avoid using this Company at ALL costs. Package never arrived, even though it says it has arrived. I created this Trustpilot account just to write this review. Thats how bad this Company is.
Driver didn't come to house
Driver didn't come to house, then took my parcel to locker 3 miles away. Even though there were lockers closer to my house. When I went to the locker and entered the code the locker was empty. DPD won't do anything and keep asking me to complain through mainline who I ordered parcel through. Terrible service surly ask your driver what he did with the parcel. Cameras would show at the locker he didn't put parcel in and nothing was in when I opened the locker
