Ordered 6 got 12
I ordered 6 bottles of wine and 12 arrived (in good condition) -- this I suspect was due to an infelicity in the online ordering system. I didn't really want 12, but it was easier to keep 12 than send 6 back.
Being overly honest, I pointed out that I was only billed for 6. Although I might have expected an apology for a confused order, all I got was an additional bill.
