It's not a bad service they provide, but I would suggest that Danske Sundhedssikring sign a small follow-up contract after the treatment with a therapist or clinic to contact the patient to follow up on improvements and development of the treatment process/result of the training program, etc. Thank you.

It's really annoying to submit a claim, it takes too long until you're able to actually book an appointment with a doctor.
With other providers making it easier, why would anyone go with this one?

So sad that my workplace had changed from Tryg to this health insurance provider. I had a reference from my GP for psychological help during some vulnerable time and they told me when I called to know what was the status of my case after some days claimed and no one had the respect to contact me and let me know about my claim and the person in charge to help me, just told me that they couldn’t help me because as for the questions they did to me they believed that I was ok enough and that they would not cover my claim. I am very sad for the lack of accountability from this insurance company and I hope for everyone there that your employer choose more wisely. I never had an issue of this magnitude with Tryg.

They answered quickly and agreed to go with the specialist that I had already booked close to my place. They have a payment agreement with them so I don't need to pay and send the invoice, they pay directly. Very satisfied, would recommend.

Their insurance doesn’t cover psychologist sessions to treat mental health issues, they only refer you to an online video program (I can already get that from YouTube for 0kr?). Despite diagnosed with anxiety, depression, and stress, they don’t want to treat it because the root cause stems from before the insurance was started - NEWS FLASH!!! Most mental health issues don’t arrive in one day. Only reached out cause my work pays for this insurance. Can’t believe some people actually pay for this with their own money!!

No therapist close to my place.
The contact with the nurse was very nice, but the insurance doesn’t seem to have contracts with many therapists. Although I live closer to a bigger city I could only get therapy at the other side of it and well spend too much time driving forth and back.

As well as quick, clear, effective service, every staff member I have spoken to speaks excellent English and can explain the sometimes complicated terms and processes really well. Definitely puts you at ease to know there will be no misunderstandings.

Their website is the worst I have ever seen, almost like they stopped developing it half way through. You are invited to add your children via the website, which I did, but it does not work. You cannot download your insurance policy either - it says it is not available. Unfortunately my pension provider uses them. You would not want to choose them by free will.

I have tried accessing my personal page hundreds of times from different browsers, laptops and mobile phones. The webpagws always hang up and timeout. How the hell can one submit a case or find information, if ti's basically impossible to access the account?? It's nice to get money for a service that you don't provide, uh? What a scam. Learn to have better resources and backend teams if you want to provide valuable services.
