I have purchased renal ad adult fix barf for a couple of years. My cats love it and the renal cat blood results are excellent-she is 15 years old.Unfortunately I live in Italy and that means that the local shipping company is very inefficient; this is my onky criticism, but of course it is not e-barf responsibility, actually their customer service is very good and willing to help

Bestille over 10 kg barf, som kom ved stuetemperatur. Skrev til dem om de kunne sende en ny eller refundere bestillingen da det åbenlyst var blevet dårligt, hvortil de svarede, at det kunne de ikke, da det var helt fint at servere det…. Det var vist sidste gang jeg handler der

Ordered over 10 kg of BARF, which arrived at room temperature. I wrote to them asking if they could either send a new order or refund my purchase, since it was obviously spoiled. They replied that they couldn’t, as it was perfectly fine to serve it… I guess this will be the last time I shop there.

Not frosen they dont pack it with ice as they say
