Long delivery delays and believed Nike…

Buy with caution. Delivery was delayed with no response at first. When the trainers arrived, I noticed differences compared with official Nike products and had concerns about authenticity. The seller claimed the shoes were sourced directly from Vietnam, despite not appearing to be an authorised retailer. I wouldn’t personally order again.

Unreceived items and very poor customer service

Ordered two items on 13th September 2025. I was advised by the courier to expect the item on 18th September 2025. After waiting all day the tracking information changed, stating the package had been sent to York in error (I am in Coventry). I contacted EOS TEES several times and have only received one reply stating that the error was not theirs. There was no apology or an effort to upgrade the delivery service so the package arrives faster. I have asked for a refund as I do not want to spend with an organisation that doesn't care. It is now 19th September and it looks like I will receive the item on 23rd September 2025 if I am lucky. EOS TEES have not responded to the majority of my messages and it seems evident that they just don't care.
