Easy to book but....added extras continue to be a PITA. With tix already costing £124, additional costs of over £20 is exorbitant. Delivery Transaction Costs when no physical tickets are involved... See more

1. The ticket is £65. This is described as the 'full ticket price. Most places just that. Eventim added another £15 for various things I did not know existed to bring the total to £80. In so doing they have broken English Law.
2. They have not even sent me the ticket!!! It is 'still being prepared'. WTF?
Bunch of crooks. The only reason I shall go is because I want to see the band but definitely will avoid using the ciminal gang known as Eventim again unless I have no choice, Horrible lot.

This was my first time booking tickets with Eventim UK. I checked the seating plan so that we will be sitting where we wanted to. That's a useful feature. It was straightforward to switch between the 2 screens. The whole process didn't take too long either.

The service could do with more info as we have heard nothing from Eventim since we booked the tickets for the show.with 3 days to the show (13 Feb 2026) we still have not received the tickets

I placed an order on Sunday, 05/10/2025 for 2 X Strictly Come Dancing The Live Tour 2026 GLASGOW, OVO Hydro, Glasgow on Saturday, 07/02/2026 at 20:00 with Eventim.
On Friday 30th January 2026, the order on my account was showing the exact same message, "Your tickets are now being prepared – we'll let you know when they're ready!"
As the event was now only a week away and as there had been no further contact from Eventim since the date the order was placed, I was obliged to phone Customer Services as I was becoming very alarmed about this situation, particularly as we are currently only receiving one mail delivery on average a week to our address. I was treated to a very lengthy (and unnecessary) explanation about the involvement of the Promoter: Phil McIntyre Entertainment Ltd who was apparently responsible for issuing the tickets. However, I was assured that the tickets would be posted out and if I hadn't received them 3 days before to get back in touch and Eventim would organise to have the tickets available at the Box Office at the venue.
Needless to say on Wednesday, 4th February the message on the website was exactly the same so I was obliged to phone Customer Services again when I was treated to the same unnecessary explanation from David about the promoter being responsible for issuing the tickets! Additionally, it was now all change on delivery of the tickets which were now to printed out/downloaded and I was to await an email. Throughout this second call, I found David to be very abrupt with no apology for the inconvenience caused, coupled with the fact that he put the phone down on me when I was still speaking which can only be described as downright rude. This situation could have been avoided very easily had the so called "Customer Services" dept anticipated the situation in advance and issued an email to customers so that they didn't have to make two phone calls in the first place? On the basis of this experience, I will be very reluctant to use this company for tickets in the future.

Quick and easy to buy accessible tickets for the event we want to attend

The instructions to buy the tickets were very easy to follow at every stage and I got a fantastic seat for the show . Confirmation came through quickly and can’t wait to go to the show as have been a fan of Eurovision since the late 60s . I have used Eventim to purchase tickets before and always happy to.

Nothing went wrong, but having just bought a ticket with a face value of £26, then having the eventim website add £3.12 as a Booking Fee + £1.50 as a Processing Fee (how is this different from a booking fee?) + £2.50 to cover Delivery and Transaction Costs for an e-ticket which was immediately sent to me by email, I wonder how they have the gall to claim at the foot of their website "Genuine tickets at Face Value". the 'Face Value' of this ticket was apparently £26, yet the final cost was £33.12, which is nearly 30% more than the face value. This transaction seems to include double-charging, and not even a physical ticket

I purchased tickets for Zucchero concert in London next on May 18th but not yet received. Why si many time to receiving them?

I chose two seats together at the end of several different rows and was told each time I couldn’t choose these seats as I could not ‘leave spaces’ but there were no spaces. I ended up picking seats I didn’t really want (which ironically were at the end of another row anyway). Made absolutely no sense. I’ve already had these original 2 seats before for a gig that was cancelled so I know it’s possible, For context, the row was empty and I didn’t leave an empty seat.

Easy to use and download app even for a dinosaur like me

Reply from Eventim UK
To access the tickets you impose the downloading of the app, something I usually avoid, yet you charge £2.50 as delivery/transaction costs for the privilege on top of the £4.75 booking fee, £2.50 venue levy and £1.50 processing fee. What is this???

Reply from Eventim UK
booking was quick and simple but fees are too much. over 20% total fees is bad.

Reply from Eventim UK
It cost £2.50 per person to download the app on top of the booking fee of £7 p/p
It is complicated to then link the booking reference to the app and get the QR code
At the end I had to go the box office of the event to do it for me !

The whole booking process was very clear and easy to follow
