An accident caused a delay, traffic was bad, having two tour guides was confusing and they kept talking over each other. Having been on this before I felt that they were overly scripted, a bit apathetic and felt like they were just going through the motions. The handful of acts along the street could be better since I had seen it before, and it felt that there were less acts this time.

it is a great experience they could add more show at street level and more music

The experience wasn’t as we thought. It was a little bit boring and repetitive.

1:30 h of jam. Nothing to see. Except trucks between the bus and the town.
Of course, in this condition it’s expensive. But worst : we have lost a precious time.

I did not like the experience, I paid preferentially and I did not have any preference.

It was very funny! The guy free styling was my favorite.

Good tour however it was spoiled a little by the insensitivity of the two guides who seemed to think it funny to joke about the death of Queen Elizabeth II. It was in bad taste, especially as it was only 2 days after her death and there were quite people on board who felt it unnecessary. Everyone is entitled to their opinions, you just don't always need to air them!

The Ride was very entertaining however a bit of a disappointment. I took this tour in either 2018 or 2019 and it was so very very informative about the history of Manhattan. A real history lesson with virtual glasses. I’m sure the glasses had to go after the pandemic but no reason to drop the history. Instead we drove around and around Times Square.

It was amazing! It was my husband’s birthday and dad incorporated in the tour.

From start to finish this ride was epic and it was a birthday gift for my hubby and we had VIP statues lol didn’t mean much because we sat in the front row and so did the guest that got there first so don’t know about that part but we had a blast for sure (VIP) we should have been first and seated separately that’s my opinion this was by far a cheap experience the monies I paid Im just saying

I ride in a glass-top bus that has the seats all facing the glass. It was like feeling in a theater surrounded by coordinated lights and sounds, with screens to tell the story of what you see and with a very nice guide!
Ah! I forgot ... the bus takes you to see all the wonders of the city !!

Disappointing … this was supposed to be a fun, interactive experience but the hosts on the bus (Scott and Jackie) were talking all the time between themselves instead of with the audience… This would be ok if they were as funny or entertaining as they were trying to be, but it turned out to be more annoying in the end: they told us you could get Broadway tickets for less than 100usd, so paying more than 50usd for this experience (a rapper, 2 ballet dancers and 1 singer + sax player) just seems way too much. So if you want to improve : change the way the hosts manage the experience, and the check-in procedure (which not only takes too long but apparently caused a double booking on my City Pass).

Had a fab time on the ride, Scott definitely made this a trip to remember. Absolutely brilliant all round. Would definitely do this again.

The Ride started off good for the first 15 minutes then due to 42nd street being closed the bus had to go another route which meant the two people entertaining us didn't know what to do and basically rambled on which meant we didn't get the experience we had hoped for. Disappointed were not offered a refund as very expensive.

I absolutely loved this. The guides were funny, helpful and friendly and the street entertainers entertained. Despite the fact we were stuck in traffic some of the time, it was all a fun event. I'd highly recommend.

The concept is interesting and the short street shows also. But there is not enough show and the animators talk non stop presenting uninteresting information on shop or making jokes not understanble for foreign tourists.
If 2 shows plus interactive animations accessible for foreigners (karaokes on famous sont) were added, it would make this expérience really good.

What a great experience this was! We did have our first two bookings cancelled but fortunately support was quick and we still managed to squeeze this in to our busy schedule for the week. Totally worth it!
The “guides” if you will were amazing, fun and very talented. The bus itself was great as well with lights and screens.
The performers out on the street were great to watch and it was overall just so much fun.
If you ever visit New York, this is a MUST for sure.

We were really excited to try the ride in New York City, because it offered something different and unique. In theory, it’s a clever concept—but we were left very disappointed. It felt like a poor attempt at comedy hour and offered very little insights/factual information into the city. It felt like the bus was simply going around in circles to accommodate the staged performers, who were admittedly the highlight of the Ride. The ticket is way overpriced for what you get and we’d recommend going with another tour company that offers more by way of exposure to the city and dissemination of interesting facts.
