The worst experience ever and judging by other reviews, it’s clearly not an isolated case.
My parcel delivery failed five times, each time marked as “recipient not available,” even though I was home all day and had left clear instructions to call me if there were any issues.
Not a single call was made. After numerous conversations with customer support, I kept hearing the same promise — that the parcel would be delivered “tomorrow” — yet nothing ever happened.
As of now, I still haven’t received my parcel (tracking number 397826003263). It’s very frustrating to see that the company neither checks reviews nor takes visible steps to improve its service.

Very bad indeed. Don't deliver on the promised day. It's now been three days since the supposed delivery day and each time they change the date to the day after. They don't bother to keep you informed. You have to go on their site to track the parcel. I will NEVER knowingly buy from a company that uses Fedex in the future.

Parcel lost a week after being shipped. Confusing and not correct information delivered by support agents. Overal, I will never use this company again as this is the 3rd time in a row that they're messing up my parcels.

Super worst experience. I call a lot of times telling me to receive my parcel. The last agent told me to go to the fedex maison alfort to pick up. But I was not able to have it. Then the agent said next week to be delivered in my address. No one is reliable to talk with even the answering AI. Never again with you.
They came to deliver my parcel at 8am
They came to deliver my parcel at 8am. Then send an email telling me they were on their way at 8.35am, after they'd been. Obviously we had no idea they were coming and we weren't there. Now the guy is ignoring messages and phone calls despite telling me he'd get straight back to me to tell me if he could come back. It's Christmas eve and I have things to do, and I don't know if they're coming or not.

I was expecting a shipment from France
I was expecting a shipment from France. A logistics person, told me I needed to fill out a form required by the FDA because my shipment was for chocolate, under $50. I couldn't complete the form as I was not the shipper but the vendor tried to complete and could not. So wonderful FedEx shipped my order which was in TN back to France. You can't get anyone on the phone to help you; directions are sketchy at best. I definitely would not recommend them for international shipments particularly if it is food like chocolate. Keep in mind my order was $113.55, $65 of which was for shipping; poor, non-existent customer service. All they use is AI. Never have issues with DHL so I would recommend them not FedEx.
Lost Suitcases by FedEx
I put one star because they didn’t have a zero star option.
I sent my suitcases from France to the UK on a return trip, having a heart condition and to avoid struggling at the airports…
They were due to be delivered to my door this Tuesday the 9th of December 2 weeks before Christmas and they have lost them in Birmingham UK..
They are probably insured for the loss, but there are clothes of sentimental value in those suitcases: Scout Shirt, Scouts Necker from KISC Kandersteg over 10 years old and my Kilt…
I feel lost and do not know who to contact for help other than TrustPilot, Action Fraud and Scouting Friends in the USA 🇺🇸 where FedEx has their Headquarters…
The worst possible customer service
The worst possible customer service. It's like dealing with the government in a third world country. No one answering any phones or any emails. If something goes wrong with your shipment, you're doomed to weeks of waiting without any feedback. Avoid them at all costs.

I rarely leave a review however I feel the level of service by one of Fedex customer service representatives at Merignac Bordeaux has been exceptional and needs highlighting.
I send many parcel to the US and since introduction of tariffs have found it very challenging for my business.
If it had not been for the consistent help & guidance by Mme Fouad I do not think I would have managed to navigate it by myself.
She has gone over and above and level of customer service that I have ever encountered. She does ever she says she will do, keeping un touch and ensuring I can continue with my deliveries.
I am astounded with her level of professionalism especially when I am not French & so could easily put my lack of comprehension down to the language barrier. She has been patient and understanding.
I can honestly say without her help I would have struggled to continue with my business.

Fedex is the worst delivery company
Fedex is the worst delivery company. I have had two bad experiences with them. I advise all companies to avoid FEDEX.
Driver nearly mowed me down
They weren’t delivering to me but the driver slammed into reverse and he was in touching distance by the time I saw him. He obviously didn’t use his mirrors or any reversing sound or I wouldn’t have been behind him. It was in a cul de sac which is neither a road or a path. I have tried to get in touch with FedEx but every number I get is unobtainable. They would have a big bill on their hands because I was seconds from going under the van!!

Very poor service from fedex. I have shipment sent out on 20th October from Luton(UK) to Monrovia (Liberia) and as of today, they still unable to locate where my shipment is after scanning the item twice in two different fedex facilities in France. This is absolute incompetence from a reputable courier. They can do better. I hope they find and deliver my package.

Item not delivered to my address. The driver did not wait for me to come downstairs to open the door, and was nowhere in sight when I did, less than one minute later.

Last time I'm using Fedex France.
My delivery was scheduled for Thursday by 6PM, yet at 5:30 my parcel was still in Paris, 5 hours away from the destined location. When I called, the employee disconnected when he wasn't able to answer my questions.
The sender has also marked for the order to be delivered to a pick up point, but Fedex changed the delivery to my home address at their own discretion. When I wanted to change it back to a pickup point, they told me it will take another 3-5 business days to make this change. Now, by some miracle, my package is 40 mins from where I live so I offered to pick it up myself, which apparently is also not possible because they cannot locate where it is exactly... never again.

paid avor 50 pounds for a document courrier ( country to country) to get to speak to an ai bot that does not understand that i just want to know where is my documents. rather speak to some remote service center ( human ones) rather than low end bots ( you ca do much better with your bots fedex!
