Super gentil

They pretend to make it simple to unsubscribe by giving you a link also available on their website that won't work or will just turn around to their main page.
I contacted them by email, I have been sent that link. I contacted them on their online chat only to talk to a bot that repeat the same thing over and over again. Asked to talk to a human, they put a "Jean" that was offline so won't reply to anything. Sounds like a bad joke and a scam. Just stay away.
Fortunately, I was always dubious and didn't put my bank details but for the ones who did, I am sorry.
1st contact to unsubscribe was on the 28th/05/2025 and today the 22nd/07/2025, I still haven't managed to get off their website.

I didn't have much time to explore the job opportunities as my membership got cut short for personal reasons. However, my experience with figurants.com has been great. Olivier, who's been my point of contact, has always been very responsive, helpful and kind. Highly recommend this website if you're looking to work as an extra as there are a lot of things being posted on there.

This is a tricky advertisement, promising things... wen you dive deeper they ask things like your bank account your birth date and a recent photograph. Do I need to say more?(Moreover they do not respect the language that I speak)

Vous pouvez trouver une preuve dans d'autres revues. Un stratagème d'escroquerie intelligent qu'ils excusent avec "nous avons besoin de plus de visibilité"

You will subscribe in one click but after you will have to SEND A LETTER to unsubscribe, which is an extremely difficult procedure that they use to keep charging you money. They will tell you that it was all written in the agreement and you’ll spend hilarious amount of time and effort to close your subscription.

All the reviews that you see on here are written by people who were not even using their services yet, they use a scam scheme - you get your subscription for free but you write a good review here. You can find an evidence in other reviews. Smart scam scheme that they excuse with “we need more visibility”

I still have a common sense of logic and the fact that you’re exchanging reviews for free subscription means that people haven’t used the services yet, which clearly eliminate the sense of review itself. “We are doing that for people understanding what to expect” - are you serious? It’s such an obvious substitution of concepts that it leaves me no question why you’re talking about respect to the clients further in your message.

Writing in your policy that “you can unsubscribe in one click” and then demanding a letter with the stamp sent by regular mail - is this what you call respect to your clients?

Do not scam people and remove this from your policy. Write the true terms of unsubscribing, because they are not mentioned anywhere AT ALL - that would be called respect. If you are not bringing awareness to this absurd part of partnership, then I would.

This review is honest, not exchanged for free subscription. If you’re making your business in a dirty way be ready that at some point there would be people who will not be afraid to speak up.

All is correct for the moment.

I am extremely frustrated with this company. I am a foreign student and entered my bank account information not fully understanding what the subscription entailed which is my fault (obviously). However, after I realized I subscribed for a monthly charge of 12 euros, I immediately contacted the company who made it extremely difficult for me to cancel even though I had no intentions of using this site in the first place. Again, I know it is my fault for being tricked into entering banking info in the first place but as a student in another country, I think it is extremely unethical to continue charging each month after I followed the steps to cancel my account numerous times and went back and fourth with customer support for several months trying to fix it. I am now forced to close my French bank account since I could not unsubscribe.

I'm new to France and French language, so Figurants.com provides me with excellent opportunities to get to know my new country, to learn my new language, and to meet new people, make my new friends.
And did you know that Figurants.com is not some company greedy for your money, but they are actually very noble and caring for unemployed people by offering them certain advantages when it comes to membership. It's all well-explained on their website figurants.com

Bravo for this company and their initiative.

When I tried to register on figurants they asked for a subscription fee of 0.90 Euro
Which is not even one Euro and the only way to pay was from bank card
Why would they want my bank details?looks suspicious when someone wants you to pay via bank only and not a through any other medium like e wallets like paypal.
I also mailed them my details and PCR test on their mail id
But there was no response and its been more than 1 week now
I was very keen to be a part of the casting
