Guidance and clarity, offers tools to combat triggers

Huge thanks to Bailey for offering guidance and clarity from our session together. As someone who is entering a new chapter in life and feeling overwhelmed, having someone to talk through my struggles and triggers with was so helpful and uplifting. She offered me tools to combat the stressors and guided me through meditation practice to implement in my daily life. I look forward to more sessions with Bailey as I navigate change in my life. She has a calm but powerful presence and growth mindset that I truly appreciate.
