Have used them a few times, I’m no expert on photography so cannot comment on quality but have found them ok.
My only issue is delivery.
You get an email stating :
We completed your photo prints order today. It will arrive by Saturday, 30 August. Thanks again for choosing FreePrints!
The wording “ it will arrive by” is incorrect and blatantly false wording as mail delivery has been gone Saturday and now Monday and no delivery. When you contact online chat, they advise problem is with Royal Mail and not them, so why tell me with assurance it will arrive on a date they cannot guarantee?
I think they need to state it should arrive between ………..and not give false dawns to their customers.

I have been using freeprints for a…
I have been using freeprints for a while and had no issues until now. I have a charge show up in my bank for £14.99 that is not related to any order.
Then when I try to sort it out, there is no phone number and no email address. I'm only hoping they reach out after this review.

It's a scam. I pick photos. Go to basket and apparently I have X3. Er no I ordering just one set. It's impossible to change. The minimum order becomes £29. Proper false advertising

No point ordering a birthday card and present if you don’t get the items you ordered.
Ordered a birthday card and personalised water bottle on the 11th June for my granddaughter. A package arrived which I assumed the card was in but when l opened it the package was empty, no sign of the water bottle at all. I went on the website but all you can converse with is a AI bot. asked to speak to a manager and all I got was a email today asking for my address so they can trace the package, but I’ve received a package but it was empty. Tried to contact company again but no phone number or email address just a bott. Stay clear of this company.

Dark photos
I am writing this review as I have used free prints many times and always find that the photographs are really dark I've just ordered up another 40 photos and again they have turned up dark. Has anyone else had this problem thank you

this is an amazing app,it gives you the privilege to get free pictures for free with no cost. Of course i was a bit worried if it was fake but turns out it wasn’t , if you need some photos for a friend,family or just for yourself use freeprints for 15 free pictures.

No delivery!
I ordered a book of photos about 3 weeks ago. Delivery was scheduled for 4th January. Nothing has arrived. On their site I was informed the book had been dispatched .
The book finally arrived I’m pleased to say but 10 days late. No reason given or was it the fault of Royal Mail??!

Prints never received
I ordered on 12-31-24 and told my photos would be delivered 1-7-25. When I checked on the status I was told they don’t have an order. I do not recommend this website. They took the shipping money but my photos are not even in their database. Do not order from them.
