I ordered PDRN ESSENCE STICK BALM. My number order 212471374. I've been using it for a long time and always ordered from Korea. This time I ordered PDRN ESSENCE STICK BALM through FRUUGO. The package arrived from China, and it's a fake! The box is different from the original; there wasn't even the original logo on the box,there wasn't even a barcode! The balm smells and colors differently from the original. You're deceiving people! Liars. I should file a police report against you and file a report with the bank payment system for fraud!

This company cannot be trusted, BEWARE anything that comes from China, it will be fraudulent. I purchased a so called 'reborn baby doll' from this group as a Christmas present. I paid £53, I received an item that is unrecognisble, I would not pay £5 for what I recieved. Contact with this prganisation is impossible, I have photos of what I ordered and what I received but I can find no way to upoload these to their contact number.I will persue any route I can follow to get my money back but BEWARE what you buy from this group.
