The product was exactly as described and arrived in good time. This was my first attempt at changing a tablet screen. The tools provided were ok - I'd recommend using an old credit card for removing the old screen as the guitar plectrums provided were quickly damaged. However, my tablet is as good as new. Excellent result!!

I got wrong parts for my M11 phone
The battery was wrong size and socket. The screen was too big for my phone about 0,5cm. The plastic parts where ok. So i ended up ruining my phone.

I bought a screen with a watch case for a Huawei gt2 pro. Everything works perfectly except for a defect with the screws on the back panel. After contacting the people in charge, it was changed and everything is perfect. Everyone is professional at what they do and I would buy from this store again.

Helpful customer service!
My husband initially ordered the wrong battery. When we realized the mistake before the order was sent, Garmade quickly cancelled the wrong order and refunded the amount. It was just so nice to hear back quickly from a real person who could solve the issue (making it so we didn't have to deal with the time/annoyance of a return).

Garmade now has delivered my items
At first I had some problems with my order. Garmade "guessed" a faulty postal code baserat on my internet connection (I use a vpn witch makes this metod give the wrong address) and sent my items to a delivery company in a town 200km from me that only deliver localy.
When I discovered this i mailed the support but had some problems explaining that I could not get my items from the delivery company. After some mails they agreed to resend my order and today (2025-05-27) I collected my items and it looks good. So my advise is to dublecheck the address before clicking "order". My experience of Garmade with this went from "not so good" to "satisfied".

I recently had a very disappointing…
I recently had a very disappointing experience with Garmade and would not recommend purchasing from them.
I ordered a product that was advertised as an original Xiaomi filter, but what I received was not an original product. The packaging did not mention Xiaomi anywhere, and the product itself did not match the listing. When I contacted their support team, they kept asking for more and more photos and videos instead of addressing the issue directly.
It was clear that they were just stalling rather than providing a real solution. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter, they refused to acknowledge the misleading product description or issue a refund. They also appear to be a dropshipping company, as the item was shipped from China while their support team operates in a European time zone, further confirming that they have little control over what they are actually sending to customers.
This entire process wasted a lot of my time, and I found their customer service unhelpful and dismissive. If you are considering buying from Garmade, I strongly advise against it.
Update: After placing here the review, they contacted me and made a refund.

Very nice orange slice lights
Very nice. Order in good time as delivery times aren’t super fast but worth waiting for. Look really pretty around my bookcase in my breakfast room, dispelling some of the winter gloom. Quite chunky slices, a good match for an actual orange slice. Very happy with them.

Product never arrived
I ordered two items with delivery time 12-14 working days and they never arrived. When i asked where my order was they said they didn’t know where it was nor when it would be delivered. After 2 months from the order date the company finally found out the product was probably in another country and offered for a refund, but I had already processed a chargeback. Unreliable
