I have posted 2 previous reviews describing the customer service I experienced. After my first post I received a very apologetic response from Garvee and was offered a $100.00 refund toward my purchase. I accepted the offer but according to Garvee a glitch in their system prohibited them from seeing my email accepting the offer. My second review was about being ghosted by Garvee regarding the refund. Again I received a very apologetic email along with follow up calls. The calls were Garvee checking to see if I received my refund. I DID RECEIVE A $100.00 REFUND AS PROMISED ON MY CREDIT CARD. That being said I stand behind my reviews regarding Garvee's customer service and will not do business with this company moving forward.

This is the worse company I have ever had the displeasure of doing buisiness with. They ripped me off out of 133.29 dollars. Apparently, they are so bad, they dont even try to please the customers because of so many complaint. BETTER BUISINESS BUREAU has been notified. DO NOT DO BUISINESS WITH THIS SHITTY COMPANY!!!

I did get the package super quick but it was missing the actual LED light bulb device and 2 small plastic parts that mean I can't open or close doors safely. I contacted garvee and they said the parts weren't available for 2 Mos. They said to contact the platform I bought it on or take a $30 credit....I bought it off garvee directly which they should've known. The product itself does actually seem nice but now I have a huge display case thay will sit empty for 2 mos or try to "source the parts myself"...which is a ridiculous thing to say to someone who bought an item expecting it to be as advertised. Poor resolution to a simple failure to ensure all parts were in the box.
I ordered a children’s wood lathe for my son for Christmas. The spur center on the machine would not come off at all. I did exactly what they told me to do. It still would not come off. A friend came over to look at it and he noticed that the tail-stock would not stay in place when we turned it on and told me it was dangerous because he had a history of working with those. I tried to return it and they said that I would have to submit a video of it not working as described before they took the order back. The correspondence with them lasted several weeks because they kept telling me they would send me various emails that would be sent-out within 24-48 hours of my call. Half of them didn’t even come so I had to call back only to hear the same response. I told them I couldn’t send a video via email and requested a phone number I could send the video to. I finally got a phone number I couldn’t send send it to and had to call them to confirm that they recieved it. Of course I recieved the “You’ll get an email in 24-48 hours” spiel, and it never came. I had to reach back out to them again, and an email finally came saying that they would not issue a refund because I bought it from their company through Walmart. They knew the entire time because I gave them the order number. HORRIBLE company with products that don’t work as described and incompetent customer service. Buy from somewhere else, please!!

Terrible customer service. Failure to communicate properly. I seem to get “canned” responses to questions regarding a tractor implement.
I was wanting to purchase items from them and had questions about spare parts I wanted to purchase in addition to the implement I was wanting.
This place obviously is in China as they only respond during the night.
I will not do business with them.

Wish you could leave zero stars, they definitely don't deserve any stars. Do not purchase anything from this company, the customer service is absolutely terrible! We purchased the 24v 6 wheel dump truck ride on toy as a Christmas gift. It arrived and upon opening the boxes to assemble there were broken parts. Made contact with them on Dec 24th and our issue still(Feb 3) is not resolved. They continue to respond with the same generic email saying they are escalating our claim and to be patient blah blah. They finally sent a box after 3 weeks and it did NOT contain any of the parts that we needed to replace what was broken. Contacted them some more and they said they would not send another box and could offer a partial refund which we declined because the parts that were/are broken make the toy unusable for its purpose.(They dump bed was/is cracked almost in half). So a partial refund would be pointless. After doing more research they have an F rating with the BBB. We have also submitted a claim with the BBB and are awaiting a response. Bottom line, do not buy from this company!

I ordered a snowblower for my husband for Christmas. The batteries were unable to be charged. I have contacted them 5 times to get us new batteries and even sent them a video for proof. They said they have followed up but they have not. I know they have the right email address. It is now Feb. 3/26 and have gone half the winter without a snowblower. To make things worse my husband has rheumatoid arthritis and cannot shovel without extreme pain. Hence the reason for purchase. Customer service is terrible. I asked to see to someone in a higher position who could help me. She said no and told me she had to help other customers and hung up on me. Pathetic!!!!

Absolutely the worst products and service money can buy. Just horrific. They don’t care about their customers, lie there way to not solving problems and sell products to customers that don’t work. I bought a snow blower from them that broke after 2 hours of using it. Completely dead and they’ve been giving me the run around for 8 days straight now to the point when I’ve obtained an attorney as to not let them get away with their games. Just a joke of a company.

I ordered 2 rugs mind you I estimated the size (my house was under construction and I could not measure properly . So I needed to return one rug and customer Service said I have to pay for shipping! I was in a rush and inadvertently put an item in my cart which I did not want. I quickly sent a note to Garvee asking that they delete the unwanted item from the order. However, Garvee's fulfillment system is fast and they had the order already shipped! Once Nadia from customer service responded she immediately resolved the issue and contacted Fedex to return the item while in transit. It all worked out and all along the way the Garvee team kept me perfectly updated. Dealing with them was like dealing with a good friend. There response was efficient and caring. They listened, and responded professionally to my issue and took care it even though it was my bone-headed mistake to begin with. This was a superior customer experience and made me feel like I was in good hands all the way!

A piece arrived damaged, so I am currently fighting with this company back and forth until they make things right. All I want is my TV stand to be finished, but they continue to argue with me over the phone and over email. Do not buy from these guys. Still waiting for them to make things right.

Purchased an adjustable height oil drainer direct from their website. Looked on when it arrived however soon discovered that the height range was completely wrong, there was hardly any adjustment at all. It was advertised as pneumatic but also manual - very strange... Manual as there are no hoses, guages or even a valve on the inlet but then the outlet is only 2mm diameter so needs pressure.
Requested operating instructions, very poor provided and nothing different forthcoming so requested refund. This became very drawn out with emails going back and forwards. They finally provided a returns number and address. I duly sent it to the address provided but then it got returned as the address was incorrect. They then gave another address as they had moved (what?) so I had to pay for another return postage.
They have now refunded the initial purchase price but are delaying refund of return postage x 2 and all communication from them has ceased.
Cheap for a reason? Make your own mind up, but I will avoid in future.

The customer service was excellent. We had purchased a 2-car carport and unfortunately the delivery driver did not deliver all the boxes. I contacted customer service and they were so helpful and made sure we got the missing box shipped to us quickly.

I ordered two different sizes of pull-out baskets for my cupboards. They sent 5 of the same size rather than 3 of one and 2 of another. I then had at least 10 emails trying to return the boxes. They wanted me to pay the return postage because the boxes were not defective.
It took more than a month to get satisfaction. I did finally return the boxes that were the wrong size and eventually received a refund.

Actually the worst customer service I’ve/ my sister has ever experienced. My sister bought me one of their espresso machines for Christmas and the grinder on it doesn’t work. Instead of rectifying the situation and either giving a refund or an exchange, they’ve gone back and forth with my sister for almost a month. Support tells her to send in videos, so we do and they still argue. Customer service says they’ll send a return label within 24 hours, which we never received. I’m not sure why it would ever take 24 hours to generate a return label. To top it all off, they won’t let her speak to a supervisor, says they don’t have one, and offered her $50 so we could just go buy a separate grinder. $50 for a nearly $300 machine. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Oh and the machine is under warranty for a year and we still can’t get anyone to do anything.

I ordered a kids vanity for christmas for my granddaughter. When my husband put it together, the lights did not work. I was inside my 30 day return window whewn I contacted Garvee. This has been going back and forth for a while with absolutely no resolution and no one cares to help me. I just keeop going in circles. No one will get me to a Management person to resolve my issue. Its a slap in the face when your told "quote: we can offer you a 50.00 refund, because you are outside your 30 day window". I was not out of that window when I contacted you when I saw the lights did not work and its not my fault the product failed to work. Customer service is awful. Its alot like dealing with the airlines to get a refund. I am a very unhappy and frustrated customer. I hope that someone from Garvee will see this review and contact me!! I tried to email other emails, with no response or the email was no longer good.
