We bought two chairs for a Christmas present for our sons. We were not happy with the colour of one chair when it arrived so requested it to be returned and get a refund. We contacted them within the designated time period, first of all we were offered a discount and we refused. They followed it up asking for a video of us boxing the chair back up. This was reluctantly sent. We paid £15 to send it back and it arrived in their warehouse 2 days before Christmas. We gave them until after the Christmas period to refund us, it never arrived and we chased it up. This then turned in to various emails to and from them and they were asking for tracking numbers (which we gave) then again we heard and had received nothing. After this happened several times we went through PayPal to raise a dispute. They then accused us of sending 2 chairs back when it was only 1. Again we had to send the tracking number and again, we received nothing. We escalated the complaint via PayPal and funnily enough we had the refund in our account the next day. For your own sanity, do not use this company, they are not trustworthy and their customer service is diabolical. Will never purchase anything from them ever again
Nice chair but forget about customer service
Had this chair for 2 years until i got the "sinking feeling" the the gas lift had sunk further into the star base , so I bought a bigger gas lift but it impossible to extract the old one from the seat base. I then looked through the paperwork and found it has a 3 year warranty which is totally worthless as HBADA totally ignores all messages, So need to throw a perfectly good chair away and buy a new one......which will NOT be a Hbada

Horrible experience! Got a E3 Pro Ergonomic Chair with footrest. The chair was not good for me, didn't work for my body. I asked for a refund and got a prompt response. Instructing that someone else would reach out. After half a dozen follow ups, still got nothing. No refund, no contacts from anyone. The product seems to be ok (not sure if is worth the money though), but the customer service has been a truly bad experience.

Spent 161 euro for a chair and after only 2 months is broken, the "Memory foam cushion" is dead and the mechanism to recline the chair is broken. Tried to contact the company and offered me a 30% refund, gently declined.

I thought this was going to be the best chair ever. Assembled it really easy. Gas ram is faulty so I nd up sitting below desk level. Emailed the surrport team which to be fair replied 48hrs later requesting a video. Which I did. Heard nothing back until another representative replied sorry to hear you dont like the colour and will look at replacing it. WTF colour is perfect chair shit. Got the chair thinking was going to be the best buy but unfortunately it wasn't, tha chair i did notnlike at all as the lumbar part on the video seems amazing but afterwards it is super uncomfortable.
When I bought it it says 30 day return policy if you don't like it but don't be fooled, it is always the small letters after receiving the chair and trying it out the first day realising I did not like it at all, I waited over 2 weeks for them to answer back 10 emails that I have send them to tell me that I need to send it back at my own cost. A 32kg package I need to send back to different country.
Which resumes by me paying 140eu of shipping costs just to try out the chair.

Absolute cheap piece of trash
Absolute cheap, bad quality chairs. These are not even worth a 4th of what they cost. Avoid them, you will be burning your money. They even lost one of the chairs and refuse to refund. Its a literal scam.

Paid in full, chair never delivered. Weeks of emails, no binding delivery date, only generic replies (“in transit”, “local support”). Cancellation and refund request ignored.

Worst customer experiance ever
They've taken 3 months of contact nearly every day to return a chair. They have failed to pickup the chair multiple times and have cost me money in unpaid leave in order to be in for collection that never happens
Serious safety & return issues
After just 2 days of normal use, my HBADA E3 Ultra chair suffered major structural failure - one of the main legs broke off, making the chair unsafe and completely unusable. This is unacceptable for a product in this price range.
HBADA agreed to a full refund and free collection, but then repeatedly failed to arrange the pickup, missed confirmed collection dates, and avoided providing courier details or tracking. Communication was inconsistent and required constant chasing, with vague promises and delays.
I eventually had to raise a bank dispute to protect my refund. Based on my experience, I would strongly warn others to be very cautious — the product quality and after-sales support are not reliable.

Immediately contacted the "customer support" email (there's no phone number: RED FLAG- no pun intended!). They give stock responses but refuse to provide a return shipping label. Fortunately my cc company removed charge pending their investigation. But my cc company will be hard pressed to get any response from them.
