very disappointed that after ordering for around 20 years i was told my membership had expired so i was no longer entitled to discount, when i tried to renew my membership i was told they were not taking any more members ! you couldn't write it ! really poor show guys.

One of the best supplements brands I've tried in a while. I love how they have something for every problem/issue or deficiency. I struggle with fatigue so much and I tried their True Food Vitality - absolutely amazing. 2 a day and I could see clear improvements after 2-3 weeks of taking them every day.

B complex and vitamin C
I used the Higher Nature B complex and vitamin C for a few years and had a nutritionist friend look at the composition of each. Although the feedback on the B complex wasn't great, she found the vitamin C tablets to be excellent as they were naturally derived from cherries rather than a synthetic source. I've noticed that my immune system seems to be stronger when I'm using Higher Nature vitamin C.
