Be warned, they are an unscrupulous company!

I bought a dress online and it was delivered in a bag smaller than A4, so it was creased to high heaven. The collar was a slightly different colour to the body of the dress which looked odd. I sent an email and of course, I did not receive a reply. When I tried to log it as a fault, I realised there was only a returns button and they wanted me to pay postage again for a faulty item. Unbelievable! As a company, they are far worse than I realised and I will never purchase anything from them again.

Shocking experience in H&M Sutton

Shocking experience in H&M Sutton. A busy Saturday afternoon and only 2 tills open in whole store and one self checkout. Only one out of three of the changing areas was open. Used the self check out and when asking a member of staff for a bag to put items in was given a dirty look. Alarm then kept being set off trying to leave the store even though all tags were removed, when asking a member of staff about it she was not interested. I will not be returning.

Disgusting Customer Service

Ordered present , their system managed to delete my house name, Evri contacted me and I gave them correct address…that was last week 7/12, still nothing. the company DO NOT have any customer care, offered refund but no replacement despite it being their fault…refund takes 14 days !!!! Then told to reorder, so I’m out of pocket and nothing to show for it. Will never buy anything from them again.. non helpful member of staff on chat, rude in that just repeated statements over and over again..disgusted , as of now no refund, no goods and a headache ….

Staffs are out of space

Staffs are out of space. Looks like they just want to run way from there.
Bought a short from mens section. Went to pay in Home and decor register. I told the service person that there's something on the floor(some kids were eating something and dropped on the floor, nothing major). She replied "what I can do?". I said to her.. "I just wanted to show you that there's something on the floor. She replied" cleaner will clean it tomorrow".
I was taken a back. Bought the item anyway. I wasn't expecting that sort of answer.

I had a terrible experience with the…

I had a terrible experience with the return service of a wrong size item.

Firstly, the return option on the website is difficult to find, seemingly hidden to discourage returns.

Secondly, there's a 49 SEK charge for returns.

Thirdly, they require you to measure the package dimensions yourself.

Lastly, you must use an app to schedule a return, which involves booking a box and waiting for one to become available. This was a complete waste of time, and I won't be shopping with H&M again.

In contrast, other services like Amazon and Zalando offer hassle-free returns at no cost, without the need to wait for boxes or book specific times, nor do they require measuring the package dimensions and it is easy to find on their websites.

Won't ever shop online with H&M…

Won't ever shop online with H&M again.returned two items had a email saying they had received my returns .Still no refund after five days.they quick enough to take your money from your account when ordering. Not so quick refunding you.Wont shop again online with you !!

Worst service ever

Worst service ever. Shopped in H&M Malmø. Only self check out. Rude staff who did not want to help. Poor quality. Asked staff for help without getting it. Staff informed about holes and makeup on the clothes. Staff just put it right back on the racks. Ended up shopping in the small shops with much more personality and kind helpfull staff.

Changing rooms are disgusting

Changing rooms are disgusting. The floor is covered in dust, obviously hasn’t been hoovered for several weeks. Meant socks are filthy having to take shoes off to try things on. Anything that touches the floor gets dust on. This is not the first time I’ve noticed this. The branch I’m talking about is Sutton.

Everything was OK.

I ordered 3 pairs of jegs, pack of 2 tops and 2 cushion covers. I had a 20% discount, and free shipping. To my horror I realised the dreaded Evri/Herpes are the couriers, so I had the parcel delivered to a parcelshop instead. I knew I'd never see the goods if Light Fingered Larry, our local courier, got his sweaty paws on them.
The clothes are OK, they fit fine and the cushion covers are OK too although they did freak my daughter out when she first saw them, as they have ladies faces on them. She says the eyes follow you around the room.
Anyhoo the experience was fine, and hopefully the dreadful reviews H&M have on here will encourage the company to get its finger out and sort these issues...Because if I'd read the reviews before I ordered, I'd never have gone ahead.

Quality is going down hill

The website is impossible to load, the sale section is bleak and they often try to hide it, the clothing is becoming more and more boring. not everyone wants to wear crop tops all year long. If you get a longer dress the sleeves will most always be short, if you get a longer sleeve dress the dress itself will most always be very short, it is difficult to get a dress from HM that is both longer sleeved and longer that is not a body con, for example an A-line dress. and if you do get one then it is backless or cut out somehow. This is because the lesser material they have to use the more money they make from the item but it is just so dang boring.

Also the arms of jackets (and clothing) are a HUGE problem if you wear large and up (plus), they make the arms the same width as if you were a small/medium. So for larger arms you can not fit into it well, even if you are like me and not plus size I just work out I cant for example layer or wear a thick shirt at all (have a sweater or a hoodie) under my jacket because the sleeves are way too small. HM is not inclusive, they pretend to be but they are really leaving out bodies that are larger.

I have been shopping now at Zalando instead although I had always shopped at HM for many years. Since they have a wider variety of clothing brands they are more inclusive.

Also on a side note the HM owned Sellpy is are also a ripoff, please compare the prices of the original pieces before you buy there, quite often it is more expensive than the retail price for used clothing.

The quality of the clothes is pretty…

The quality of the clothes is pretty low. Sure they sell them for low prices, but the clothes don't last that long after you wash them, they stain easily, and the fabric feels very weird to me. I bought 3 t shirts yesterday and all of them feel very itchy when I wear them.
