Very good customer service and helped with my exact problem
I've been a customer for years and find them excellent. I spoke to Helena tonight who was extremely helpful and clear and sent all my broadband renewal documents straight away. In comparison other broadband providers seem to have dead end phone lines and useless chat bots.

After receiving my renewal notification from Hyperoptic I rang them to discuss terms as I had received an offer from Virgin Media that was, ion the face of it, a better deal. The support agent Helena Lukic was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We went through the options and she pointed out the differences between Hyperoptic and Virgin and gave me an offer that was only £2 per month more expensive than Virgin for a better product. This given my experience with Hyperoptic previously was simply excellent made my decision to renew very easy. Many thanks Helena for all your help.

Such a greedy and inflexible company. When I terminated my service as I was moving, Hyperoptic charged me £115 early termination fee although they do not provide services at my new address. They connected the new people moving in and started charging them while they were charging me.
Luka Milosev was excellent. Only a one minute wait. I'm moving abroad so I needed to cancel my broadband, this was done in a few minutes and E-mail confirmation was sent. 5 star service. And 5 star broadband also. Had no problems in my 2+ years of service.
The engineer, Richard 13418, was bang on time and was professional and courteous throughout.
The installation was completed in less than an hour and I'm completely happy with the service.
