Je n'ai jamais reçu le matelas commandé, et le service client m'a annoncé abandonner et annuler la commande après deux mois de va et viens incessants, sans me demander mon avis ou tenter de trouver une solution.
Je n'ai jamais été contacté par le livreur employé par Hypnia, et le service client a été totalement incapable de : me donner une raison pour cette absence de contact ; pallier ce problème en servant de lien ; me contacter pour me demander des informations supplémentaires ; faire quoi que ce soit en somme pour régler la situation, et ce malgré mes appels répétés et le partage de mes inquiétudes sur cette commande qui n'arrivait pas.

I never received the mattress I ordered, and after two months of constant back-and-forth, customer service told me they were giving up and canceling the order without asking my opinion or trying to find a solution.
I was never contacted by the delivery driver employed by Hypnia, and customer service was completely unable to: give me a reason for this lack of contact; remedy the problem by acting as a liaison; contact me to ask for additional information; or do anything at all to resolve the situation, despite my repeated calls and concerns about the order that never arrived.
Très confortable et on s’y sent à l’aise peu importe la position choisie. Je recommande vivement !

I am very happy with my purchase . I was surprised to see how well they did the packaging . everything came in good condition.i bought a mattress and a bed(Nova) .the bed is of good quality, beautiful.
The person who delivered the entire order was amazing from Geodis. We are currently using the mattress and I have 0 complaints. We ordered a convertible sofa as well which we haven’t used a lot yet but is good. Just one thing is that it creaks a bit. Apart from that it looks good :)
Our order was dispatched quickly, the delivery was simple to arrange, on time and professional and the bed was easy to put together and seems very good quality for the price.
Product might be good if their carrier delivered on time or at all. Even though I had a contract with them they insisted that I deal direct with their carrier for delivery and pickup which never happened. Their carrier is VIRBY who provided limited information to me and rescheduled at the last minute. Connected processes I don’t think so.

bed duvet smells bad and looks cheap despite its price
Mattress and bed frame arrived pretty fast.

Mattress is comfortable but I have only been using it for 2 weeks now we will see on the long run how it goes.
The only problem is that on one side of the bed frames it was scratched but that is due to the delivery so I can’t really blame them for that as it was well package.
Overall a good package deal in terms of price comfort and aesthetic.

Bed was delivered in the correct condition and the item was easy to install and is very comfortable. I bought this bed since my husband has had back problems and trouble sleeping, it's helped alot. I would recommend it to others.

Ordered a bed frame almost three months ago and it arrived missing a key part - without it the bed frame doesn’t work. I told Hypnia immediately and was met with rude, delayed and inadequate customer support. The part has been sent and returned six times since because Hypnia still can’t provide the delivery carrier with enough information. It has been a constant, tiring back and forth and I still don’t have the part for my bed, which is sitting partially constructed in my living room and has been for the past 3 months…. Do not order from them, please!
