This is the second time this has happened, once bitten twice gobs$i$e eh. So i ordered my BROTHER ORIGINAL toners for my printer which were in stock, as soon as i had ordered them i got a phone call from ADAM who tried to pawn me off on their own 123 toners, i explained i wasn't interested as i had tried them before and they were rubbish. He promised me faithfully that the new ones weren't the same as they had changed supplier and he guaranteed me there would be no issue with these, 100% lifetime guarantee. So i bought... Bull.... they were every bit as bad as before and when i wanted them changed out .. then i was met with "try our troubleshooting" Crap from customer service as ADAM wasn't available to come to the phone, after that then i was told i needed to photo each of the toners sent to me and email all photos so they could be processed by somebody before authorizing a collection for return ( More time wasted-still no working printer as toners had now been removed ). So i reordered my BROTHER toners which i was now told a couple of days later after waiting nearly a week with no functional printer that the toners were now out of stock.. and that i would have to wait another couple of days, that turned into a week because of bank holiday and when i rang and inquired i was told that it would be at least another AGAIN before they MAY be back in stock.. but was then asked would i like to try there own brand..Holy S5&T were they serious...
I have cancelled the order of €400 and have taken my business to Viking but am left waiting 5 working days for my money back... what a joke...
