THIS COMPANY IS A FAILURE
Intelcom/DragonFly tries to deliver some of our Amazon packages. The service is SO BAD consistently. 1 in 10 delivers show up. I believe from my interactions with the drivers, they can't or don't read the address' or instructions. The tracking has said "DELIVERY ATTEMPTED" or the tracking says "WRONG ADDRESS" or my favourite the tracking says "DELIVERED" and includes no photographic proof. I've phone and begged Amazon to stop using them, but it's still happening. Today's delivery says "RAN INTO AN ISSUE WHEN ATTEMPTING YOUR DELIVERY" and "WRONG ADDRESS" on a re-occurring order I have to my residence of 18years.

The worst. If you want to make sure you give away your things to anyone on the street trust these guys. They actually leave the packages OUTSIDE in one of the busiest streets of a crime ridden neighborhood.

Amazon will give a delivery date, then once Intelcom/Dragonfly receive it, the date changes.
Since they took over our area after Christmas, I’ve had all 5 of my deliveries late by several days, and food packages unboxed and left in the snow.
This is very frustrating and unacceptable!

Every single time my packages get to about an hour away from my address their tracking suddenly changes to delayed, pending calculations. When i call to see what’s going on they tell me that the package is not there yet and that Amazon tracking is false and that it’s just leaving Mississauga (10 hours from here) , but yet it magically shows up the next morning at my house. And even then they try to deliver my packages to my neighbour’s empty house and when i tell them they have the wrong address they argue with me even though my number is clear as day on the house and the neighbor has no numbers due to renovations.

Falsely claimed Amazon delivery
Falsely claimed Amazon delivery of high value item. No picture provided. Said item was delivered outside of normal hours at 10pm. Was home; no item was ever delivered. There are multiple reports on Reddit of Intelcom drivers falsely claiming deliveries in Montreal. I contacted Amazon and asked if I should file a police report for stolen goods. Amazon came through and immediately offered a replacement/refund. However Intelcom evidently has criminal and/or negligent behaviour with their drivers. I would encourage customers seeing this behaviour to begin filing police reports about this company.

The absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Drivers repeatedly damaging my driveway by turning around , ignoring the delivery instructions stating do not turn around in the driveway. I emailed the CEO, Jean -Sebastian Joly and his so called customer service representative, Robert Frejeau and they did nothing to correct the problem, their driver started sending my packages back, and now they refuse to deliver to my address because I asked their driver if he was illiterate or just stupid.. he informed me they don’t read the delivery instructions. The CEO, customer service representative and the driver have the combined IQ of a crayon. This has been an ongoing issue for a year and a half.

3 undeliverable packages in a row marked undeliverable because of damage by this company. No answers, no apology, nothing. I will stop ordering from Amazon because of this delivery service. Also, too many packages are being delivered to the wrong address. Worst company ever!

All of a sudden Intelcom goes downhill with thier service, maybe they have a problem delivering packages that come from Temu, i always ordered off Amazon with no problems at getting delivered by Intelcom, my first package through Temu and Intelcom cannot scan the package, miss scanning. Don't take it out on the customer if you hate packages that come from Temu.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. My packages are always delayed, they’ll either show up a few minutes before 10pm or simply not show up at all. Absolutely insane that we’re paying for Prime just to end up having to wait days to get our stuff. Handful of times where the drivers would get to our street and just drop off the packages randomly. Me and my neighbours are left having to do their godamn job. I’ve even had an issue with a driver once, pretending to deliver my package just to steal it himself. Hire comptent people of shut the damn thing.

Intelcom managed to turn a simple delivery into a total nightmare. Despite my name and apartment number being clearly printed on the label, the driver dumped my package into an Expedibox assigned to the wrong person. Because the access code was sent to that stranger, I cannot access my package.
If you think the delivery was bad, the "customer service" is a toxic joke. I spoke with agent Julie (Montreal), who was completely clueless. When I pointed out her lack of competency, she decided to lecture me on my attitude before hanging up on me.
I called back and spoke to Papou (Montreal), who was just as arrogant. Instead of fixing the driver's mistake, he spent the call talking down to me and acting as if I were the problem. There is a clearly a disgusting work culture at this company where agents (who clearly have a poor education and are unfamiliar with the standards of service that are expected in Canada) feel entitled to be rude and unhelpful to the very customers who keep them in business.
Amazon needs to stop using Intelcom immediately. They are negligent, unprofessional, and their staff lacks the basic social skills required for support. Avoid at all costs.

Delivery went to the wrong address. When They finally sent me confirmation photos 2 days later, I spent 30 min on the phone only to be told "we're sorry, please contact the seller and figute this out on your own."
Dont deal with this company
Its the worse company i ever dealt with they say Delivery attempted, but front door or driveway was not accessible. Which is a lie lie lie. They often deliver to the wrong address. Dont call to let you know there coming dont call when a door. Send out conflicting information all the time please
Dont use this carrier service. Called for support was told it would take 1-2 days to register complaint. Wait time is between 3-5 days for delivery on arrival to city. Not a good company please avoid if possible . Be smart not worth the hassle. Dragon fly really good but????
Useless
Just amazing how useless they are. Between throwing packages at doors, unable to leave the package at the RIGHT address or sending claims that the package was delivered when it was NOT, it amazes me that there isn't a class action lawsuit against them. No way they are 98% on time delivery, maybe 50%. Throwing it at the wrong address is NOT an on time delivery. Maybe they need drivers who can read....

Packages from them are always delayed, sometimes arriving only minutes before 10pm or even delayed until the next day, causing me to be on edge waiting all day for nothing. On edge because though they are sometimes delivered to my apartment door, the last one was left on the floor just inside of the back door of my apartment building where I have had packages stolen before.
Even though the person who keeps bringing my packages has the same name, he sometimes brings the package to my door, but if he's feeling tired, he leaves it where a stranger can steal it. Why would anyone trust this company with a package ?!?

WORST DELIVERY SERVICE!! I gave it 1 staff cuz I couldn’t give it zero starts which is what they deserve. Their drivers don’t read delivery instructions so now it’s twice they try to deliver when I’m at work and can’t be there, hence the very simple and clear instructions where to leave my package. 2 drivers, 2 consecutive days don’t read the instructions. Customer service files complaints against them and nothing changes. I trust a pigeon to delivery my package properly way more than I trust this service. The drivers don’t read, maybe they can’t read but wtv the reason is, they need to either shut down or hire competent drivers that actually know how to read.
