Swift delivery. Well packed. No nonsense.

Ordered a sample. Arrived very quickly and the sample was excellent. Most samples are a waste of time as they are too small and do not show the full scope of the pattern or all the colours used. This sample was really good and showed the full effect of the design. I only wish that other suppliers would take the effort to send a decent sized sample to show off the wallpaper to the best.

I ordered samples from this company paid for them only to find out they don’t sell them. Couldn’t contact them so got refund via PayPal.

Ordered a Front door canopy from B&Q and it came from here, I want Wallpaper. It had 8 missing screws and to try and get this rectified seems to have been an epic journey. They provide a telephone number that just tell you they don't accept calls. I have emailed and you don't even get an automatic response. Very poor in todays day and age.

I emailed them as my order which they sent VIA Evri is stating there was a problem delivering the parcel and now it’s been stuck on "out for delivery" for FOUR DAYS and has not moved!
The courier has very clearly lost the parcel. I asked this company to look into this as a matter of urgency and I had a generic reply stating that they could not cancel the order due to it being dispatched. I DID NOT ASK TO CANCEL. I asked for you to find out what’s going on with my parcel as it’s needed urgently!!!

I will be processing a charge back via our bank if this is not delivered.

Don’t bother guys. Go to a company that’s well known and has actual people replying to their emails!

It never arrived they ignored all emails and PayPal refunded they sent a tracking number but didn’t say who had it very disappointing
