Its really a scam. No responce and billing 72 000dkk For moveout
I was unfairly charged for nail marks and paint stains that were already there and not caused by me. Even though I had video evidence from before moving in, they still insisted on billing me. This has been the worst experience, and I would never recommend them to anyone.
My family and I have been living in an apartment at Beneleddet, Brøndby since August 2024. Unfortunately, similar to last year, our ventilation system is broken. Last year, it was out of service for a month, and despite multiple messages to customer service, it was not repaired until after the holidays, during which we had to spend the entire Christmas in cold conditions with the noise of the central ventilation and unpleasant sewage odors.
This year, the ventilation system has been broken for over a month. Despite submitting more than ten tickets in Dalux and sending over ten emails to customer service, no action has been taken. This situation has caused significant discomfort, and the lack of consistent response is unacceptable.

This is the worst rental company I have ever dealt with. They show no concern for tenants’ needs and respond to incidents very late, often in an unprofessional, impolite, and disrespectful manner. Problems are not properly followed up, and issues remain unresolved for long periods. The overall condition of their customer service is extremely poor. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

General living is fine. Problems comes in when you realize that renting an appartment is so easy that it attracts people who have no basic understanding of concepts such walking normally (instead of stomping like an elephant) or the concept of quiet times (in Finland) between 22:00 - 06:00. Juli living refuses to do anything about these problems because if 2 people dont complain the problem does not exist. So enjoy coming home after long day at work to a noise problem you cannot solve. Only thing they can do effectively is increase the price of rent / utilities :) I've had around 6 new neighbors since I moved in above me and only 1 of them knew how to respect these rules.

Absolutely the worst rental company I’ve ever dealt with. I can’t wait to move out and never have to deal with them again. They take weeks to respond and show zero concern for their tenants. My apartment had severe water leaks from the ceiling, and despite months of ongoing repairs, they never offered any temporary accommodation or proper support. We were forced to live in terrible conditions for almost three months.
To make things worse, they still haven’t reimbursed me for the electricity consumed by the dehumidifier and other machines they installed during the repairs. It genuinely feels like they have no empathy or sense of responsibility.
Stay far away from them if you value your sanity.

This is the worst rental company, I don't recommend anyone deal with them. They haven't returned my deposit for over three months, and I haven't even seen the final settlement! All my emails to them only get push backs. I feel like they've simply stolen my money.

I lived at juli Living from May 1st until two months ago, and despite their terrible customer service every time I needed help from them, I never received a response.
I experienced several issues: for example, my dishwasher didn’t work for three months, and no one ever came to repair it. Despite multiple messages and requests, nobody showed up, and I ended up living three months without a dishwasher.
At one point, the cleaning agency even entered my apartment without my request. Some of my personal belongings disappeared and have never been returned. I keep asking what happened to them, but no one responds.
I also paid for a basement storage unit. Even after I moved out, they continue to charge me for it, despite the fact that I no longer live there. On top of that, after leaving the apartment, I received a water bill of 4,400 dkk that I had never been shown during my entire stay. While I had always received the electricity and heating bills, this water bill was suddenly sent after I moved out.
It feels like they are doing everything possible to withhold my deposit, and now I’m curious to see how much they’ll deduct for repainting half a wall.
I will stop it here but I could continue for hours
Embarrassing, hope someone will stop them from scamming people

Extremely poor customer service; the cleaning fee remains quite elevated even after ensuring the apartment is clean before departure. Additional fees appear without adequate explanation. I do not recommend this place. Separate charges are applied for both cold and hot water.
They use sneaky ways to scam you of for your deposit. And at Siljangade 4. The almost permanent stench of sewage was unbearable and never solved.
Working with Lucia has been an absolute pleasure. She is extremely professional, reliable, and always ready to help with any questions or concerns. From the very beginning, she was supportive, patient, and transparent, which made the whole process so much easier and stress-free.
Lucia goes above and beyond for her clients, making sure everything is clear and well organized. Thanks to her dedication and friendliness, I felt confident and comfortable every step of the way.
I would highly recommend Lucia to anyone looking for a trustworthy and hardworking real estate agent. She truly cares about her clients and delivers excellent service.
Juli Living in Finland have removed the possibility for people to review them. They had an average score of 3 stars based on 200+ reviews on Google.
I decided to stay with Juli Living despite reading those reviews because I believed that they were based on people complaining about being charged for not cleaning their apartment properly upon leaving.
I accept that as tenants we are responsible for our apartments, but if you hold us (the tenants) to such high standards, aren't you also responsible to keeping yourself to high standards. My apartment was very cold in the winter and upon checking Caruna recently, it states that my apartment was close to 0 degrees at time. That seems very low, but my apartment was definitely cold, which isn't helped by the fact if we put a curtain up, we could be charged for damage (there are no rails). In addition to this the tumble dryer hadn't worked for at least 3 months and it just so happened that the weekend I left, the washing machine wasn't either and this was despite me and another tenant reminding them yet again that the tumble dryer wasn't working and that the washing machine needed maintenance.
So here we are, I'm being charged 120 euros for a bit of limescale and forgetting to clean the vents. This could take 15 to 30 mins maximum. Most reasonable companies would just let it go given the circumstances.
They advertise apartments but then never get back to you with a viewing date. It’s now happened several times when I contacted them for a showing for a couple apartments they advertised. They say they will let you know, they never do.
Dealing with Juli Living has been, without a doubt, the worst experience of our life. We moved to Copenhagen a couple of months ago. Transferring to our current apartment was our biggest joy, as we are aware about the complexity of finding a house in Denmark. Since we moved into our new house in July, the problems began. First, we agreed with Juli Living that we could have cats in the flat. However, when the time to sign the contract arrived, they refused to update this clause in the contract, which made us extremely uncomfortable. We still decided to go ahead as this was recorded in a separate document that could be considered an annex to the master contract. Yet, we couldn't understand why they would simply not update it. The day when they handed us over the house keys, they forgot to bring the magnets that allows us access into the building. After chasing them for more than 3 weeks, which meant that we had to enter through the garage door, when they eventually delivered them, the keys wouldn't work. We thought that they were so incompetent that they probably forgot to activate them. But no. When we contacted them, they said that they were aware about this but there is a "technical issue" with them and they are trying to resolve it so more than a month later, we still don't have working keys.
After this, the new tumbler drier broke but luckily this was resolved as it was managed directly by the manufacturer, Siemens. If it had depended on Juli Living, it might have taken another year.
The intercom also doesn't work, which is a huge hassle living in a 9th floor. They need to provide us with login details so we can activate it in an app. However, once more they claim that it's a technical issue and we have to wait until they hear back from the building administrator. When we asked who this was so we could reach out to them directly, they said they didn't know.
The final straw was this month when we received a letter from their partners, Newsec, threatening us with kicking us out of the house for not having paid the rent for August. We paid it on time and showed the proof from the bank but as they didn't clarify in which account we had to make the payment, despite multiple follow ups, we mistakenly sent it into another account that they use and not to the company that they use as asset manager. We called and emailed them non stop for more than a week. Either we would be ignored, received no answer, put up with their extremely rude attitude, they even hung the phone up on us and offered useless support. Things got so bad that we had to tell them that we would to the police to file a report for mishandling of funds if they didn't resolve the issue on time, as they were retaining our money against our will and without any reason. When we contacted the asset management company that had to receive the rent payment, they told us that Juli Living had to provide us with support and resolve the issue asap as this is included in their contractual agreement. However, they don't even take that seriously.
Thankfully, we managed to resolve the rent problem but you can't image the anxiety and stress that they caused us. We ended up doing a full research on them to verify that they are actually a real company. And yes. They have their business registered and their office address exists so at least we can say is not a scam. However, they are the most disgusting, unreliable and incompetent business that we have ever encountered.
If you are considering renting one of their flats, do yourself a favour and move somewhere else. Your mental health will thank you for it.
We rented an apartment through Juli Living and unfortunately encountered several issues throughout the tenancy. From the beginning, the indoor heating was locked at 25°C, making the apartment uncomfortably warm. Despite repeated requests, the issue was never resolved. Additionally, cracks appeared in the ceiling, which the check-out inspector confirmed were due to construction defects and would be addressed by the developer, among a number of other problems, which were never fixed during our 6-month stay in the apartment.
Upon moving out, it took over three months and approximately 15 messages before we received our deposit—only partially returned. We were charged 6,000 DKK for wall painting and 4,000 DKK for cleaning, even though the apartment was left clean and well-maintained. Despite multiple follow-up emails requesting clarification on these charges, we received no explanation or supporting documentation.
Our experience with Juli Living has been deeply disappointing, particularly in terms of communication, transparency, and fairness. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and consider alternative providers when looking for rental housing in Denmark.

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at Juli Living. They do not respond to emails, and it is almost impossible to get through on the phone. After many attempts and endless calls, I finally managed to reach someone but she was “not” polite and helpful.
Communication and availability are essential in customer service, and unfortunately, Juli living fails in both areas.

Juni Living is a very poor property management company. They are extremely hard to reach, and when real problems arise, they simply don’t help. It’s clear they do not care about their tenants.
We had ongoing issues with homeless individuals gathering at the entrance to our building — using drugs, smoking, drinking, leaving trash, and even sleeping in our corridor. Despite multiple complaints, Juni Living did absolutely nothing. We had to call the police several times ourselves.
There was also a serious issue with smoking. The designated smoking area was placed directly outside our window, along with a foul-smelling ashtray that was never cleaned. Again, Juni Living ignored our requests for help.
Their rules are also absurd. For example, they don’t allow you to leave your shoes by the door, threatening to throw them out. Instead of creating a livable, respectful space, they enforce rigid rules while completely ignoring genuine concerns.
To make matters worse, trying to terminate the contract is a nightmare. They’re impossible to get in touch with when you need to end your lease.
I cannot recommend Juni Living to anyone. The experience was frustrating, disappointing, and at times felt completely unsafe.

They cancelled the open house I signed up for, without disclaiming. So me and other people showed up and waited a long time. When I texted, they did not even apologise.

Booked a flat viewing with this agency in cph — they ghosted harder than my ex. No call, no text, no sign of life. If you enjoy standing outside wondering if you’ve been pranked, this is the service for you!

SCAM
Juli Living is nothing but a scam. High rental deposits, and NO response to emails or problems. They haven't fixed our failing plumbing, heating, or internal wiring in nearly 18 months since we moved in, despite continual notices to fix.
We then terminated them due to the absolutely horrendous service, and they refuse to respond.
Guaranteed, they'll respond here with their copy & paste as they do on EVERY review, and do nothing else about it.
