I was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The website's user interface was excellent—intuitive, smooth, and easy to navigate. The printing quality and paper exceeded my expectations, delivering a truly premium feel.
However, despite opting for express delivery and paying the additional fee, my order arrived exactly one day later than promised. While this didn’t affect the overall product quality, I had expected a more reliable delivery service given the extra cost. I hope this can be improved in the future, as everything else was outstanding.

Wonderful designs - not so easy final formatting

I love the beautiful and different designs. I had problems selecting the right format because I did not see an actual example of what it would look like. The "preview function" didn't reflect the different print materials and sizes. While I'm happy with my product, in the end I noticed that there were better alternatives than my choice, and that I paid a lot more than needed. There are also better working versions in the market with AI functions, but they don't have so many and pretty designs ;)

I ordered cards to be presented for Christmas but mistakenly provided the wrong address—what made it worse was that the address was in another country. By the time I realized the error, the cards had already reached the destination country. I contacted the Kartenliebe Team, and they were incredibly helpful and customer-focused. They quickly arranged to reproduce my order and ensured the cards were delivered to me in a very short time, allowing me to receive them just in time.
I’m absolutely thrilled with the quality of the cards and truly impressed by the outstanding service. Highly recommended!

We were very happy with the cards, but I accidentally ordered one envelope less than i should have. I wrote to customer services before the order was completed asking them to add an extra envelope. But they only responded 4 days later, *after* the order had been sent out, saying that it was too late to add to the order. This was rather annoying.

But the program to design the card by yourself is weak.
No possibility to have different fonts or to move text blocks easily.

Cards were extremely good quality and were shipped fast. Kartenliebe has now become my go-to provider! Can’t recommend it enough.

good quality but packaging should be better

I found out that a dear friend overseas was dying on very short notice. I wanted to send his widow a custom sympathy card but needed a good quality card that could be generated quickly as he was not expected to live much longer. I contacted Kartenliebe explaining my situation. They went above and beyond to deliver an excellent quality card in a short period of time. Their customer service representative was very friendly and they even sent some extra copies of the card! I can wholeheartedly recommend them. Excellent product and excellent customer service!

Leider sehr schlechter Druck erhalten. Farben nicht mit denen in der App übereinstimmen, was zu einem sehr ausgewaschenen Druck. Wie gut es ist sehr teuer...
Ihr Support war auch keine Hilfe, nahm einfach das Geld und antwortete nie.

Sadly, received very bad print. Colors not matching those in the app, resulting in a very washed out print. As well it's very expensive...
Their support was of no help either, simply took the money and never replied.

Der Support hat geantwortet und wir haben eine zufriedenstellende Lösung gefunden. Ich erhielt einen großen Rabatt auf die zweite Charge.

Ich habe jedoch beim Erstellen einer neuen Karte noch einmal überprüft, ob die Farbe, die ich ursprünglich verwendet hatte, in der App gut sichtbar ist. Ich empfehle Kartenleibe einen genaueren Blick darauf zu werfen.

Toller Support aber, erhöhe meine Bewertung daraufhin.

The support replied and we found a satisfactory solution. I received a big discount on the second batch.

I however checked once again, while creating new card, the color I used initially is nicely visible in the app. I recommend Kartenleibe takes a closer look at this.

Great support however, bumping my rating in response.

They printed wrong almost every photo I've sent, turning them randomly (vertical and horizontal) and cutting faces of the subjects. Perhaps they didn't even check them before shipping?
Once I've contacted the customer service to request a refund I've never got an answer.

Beautiful designs and high quality materials. The service was also exceptional - I made an error in my order and was also under some time pressure. The team at Kartenliebe were super helpful and friendly and my order arrived punctually as promised and in perfect condition. I am extremely grateful and can highly recommend.

The online editor worked really well. I could customise almost anything I wanted. It was easy to understand how to use it and the product was printed and delivered on time. It looks great and the quality is very good. I’ll be ordering again for sure.
