Beautiful shop with excellent service

I recently ordered some trousers from Kinhood and as I was ordering from Australia, I wanted to check my order details. Tanya was so quick to reply to my query and my order arrived so quickly and even better than I had hoped. Would definitely recommend this beautiful shop.

Amazing customer service

What an absolutely lovely store! But what makes it extra special is Tanya.

Tanya went above and beyond with my purchase. She was always quick to respond to my emails and was always kind and patient. I had an issue with delivery which had nothing to do with Kinhood, but Tanya went out of her way and turned a stressful situation into a really positive experience. A level of customer service rarely seen these days.

Oh! And I really love my Arc pants! X
