Ordered Evelina Kroon Ochre Fields 350 x 250. Order delivery and rug perfect to Ireland

It’s been a month since I made my order and I haven’t received it
And no one is replying to my emails for now. I’m very disappointed from the service.

I bought a rug from Layered in September 2025. Before giving my opinion, I wanted to first “live with” the rug for some time. When the rug arrived at my home, it looked dusty. I thought that over time, and with regular vacuuming, that appearance would eventually disappear.

Although it has improved, it still has a dusty look, so I emailed customer support last week. So far, I have not received a response.

I happened to take advantage of a promotion to buy the rug, but regardless of that, for the price of the rug it should not have been delivered in this condition. It almost looks like a second-hand rug.

The beautiful rug from Layered is exactly what my living room needed. Because of the high quality materials and great design, I know this rug will stand the test of time. The delivery was quicker than expected and to me the price is fair given the excellent quality.

I am delighted with my beautiful rug and have been asked by many visitors where it came from. It is a wonderful mix of classic and contemporary which really pulls the room together. I got the Rollakan Ruth Spring Grass.
We are doing a house project and I will be ordering more as we progress.
I found the customer service to be excellent and helpful as I initially ordered the wrong size but it was resolved smoothly.

We purchased this rug on the web site in August and rug was supposed to be delivered after 12 to 15 weeks. We received poor communication from Layered during that time. However, each time we asked for more details, we received a quick and clear answer. People over there is really serious.
Our rug is now in place, well appreciated for its quality, its color. It's really similar to the pictures on the web site. We do recommend this brand.

I love my new carpet, it’s so beautiful and lovely under my feet. The designs are modern and very attractive and the quality excellent.
A small problem during delivery( the wrong carpet was delivered) which was quickly solved. Throughly recommended.

Samples look nothing like the picture of rugs
if this is the case with samples being so small they should only sell sample piece that would show the patteren

Very well packed without any damage. The delivery was a week later than the courier estimated...but it had a long way to come to get to Cyprus.
