At first glance, the site features a colorful design; however, it falls short in offering a wide variety of games compared to other unboxing platforms. The only two modes available are solo unboxing and battle. Unfortunately, the battle mode is quite basic, and the site lags behind when it comes to providing more engaging or diverse gameplay options.

The selection of boxes is also limited. A significant issue is the win/loss (W/L) ratio for most boxes, which hovers around 7% to 93%. This is extremely unappealing. At the very least, the site should introduce a few boxes with a 10% win ratio or even a 50-50 option to make it more enticing. I initially considered creating videos featuring this site, but after seeing these odds, it’s evident that adjustments to the rates are necessary to improve its overall appeal.

Won a Nintendo switch and ordered it to be sent (September, 2023) it's now December, 2024 and my package is still in "ordered" status, with no response from customer support. Actually ridiculous.

Won a pair of airpods been about a month and the status hasn't changed sent an email with no response.

All of the positive reviews left here are fake. It has been months and they have not shipped a little ~$100 item. Support is non-existent and has not responded to multiple e-mails.

Trustpilot needs to take their entire profile down.

The signing up process for this site was very easily done, and they require nothing more than what they tell you is required for participation and continuation in the eligibility process for prizes. Rate 10 out of 10 and am happy in the end!!!

Great and reputable company

I had awesome customer service and the products are excellent quality.

I bought a box and got stickers. Its not that much but was still very fun to play. I personaly love lootie and will always use it over othe things. :)

this is one of the best apps for clothes or other things, because of the emotion of the roulette when you dont know what are you getting
