There was a bit of a mixup with the first fans I ordered and I was missing the cable connection. After contacting LTC they were unbelievably helpful. They not only sent me a replacement cable but a whole new set of fans. I can't praise them enough it's been a long time since I've had customer services. Good.

I had purchased a set of LTC keycaps on Amazon, but unfortunately when I received my order, 3 keys were missing and another was damaged. I reached out to LTC’s customer support and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they responded. Their customer service representative, Chase, was very understanding and determined to make it right. They sent me an entire new set of keys, and the new set was perfect! I had purchased keycaps on Amazon and unfortunately two keycaps were faulty. I was unable to make an exchanged and contacted Ltofficial through email and they kindly sent a replacement of the entire set. Their responses were quick and thorough. They were extremely accommodating and helpful.

My keyboard had stopped working so I went ahead and contacted customer support. They got back to me very quickly and were very helpful. They helped me to get set up with a new keyboard, and made it a very easy process. Highly recommend the brand, it’s a worth it product for the price. If you’re looking into a prebuilt keyboard, I highly suggest this, as it’s very beginner friendly. The RGB is smooth and responsive and the quality is solid.

They responded quickly offering empathy and possible solutions. After a few attempts to get it to work with no luck, they sent a replacement board. I am happy with their prompt response and resolution. I will recommend their products.
