I’m giving one star only because I…

I’m giving one star only because I can’t give zero stars. The worst service I have ever received and I get a lot of items delivered. The delivery date was set for th 14th. They sent me and email to say it would be the 15th. Spend all day waiting and nothing. A message to say delivery the 19th. Wait all day and nothing. Another message to say delivery the 23rd forme 15:00-21:00. They finally arrive ….. at 12:00. It’s impossible to contact them. No phone number, a useless chat bot chat and an email that they don’t attend to. I wouldn’t wish this delivery company on my worst enemy, no one deserves this.

very happy with this courier

very happy with this courier. yes it took a few days more than most deliveries these days but the couriers were friendly and helpful and left my very heavy packages exactly where i asked up a long flight of stairs.

Couldnt be happier, would happily use again.

It is unbelievable that such a terrible…

It is unbelievable that such a terrible delivery company is able to operate. Do not buy from any company that uses their services, they should be out of business. You can rest assured that your product will not be delivered on time and the most infuriating thing is that you cannot contact this company in any way as they only have a useless chat bot. I guess they are so so bad that they could not even find a decent AI to help them manage the business. If you are an e-commerce do not partner with them, so unprofessional.

Shocking service

Shocking service. Cannot believe Decathlon would use such a company. No software to inform of time estimate just a 12hour window and then at 08:30am they call to say they can’t deliver after making no attempt to deliver when sitting here waiting. Shocking service

Gonzalo Forniés and José Servat must be amateurs

Doesn't deliver when they tell they will. Doesn't update the delivery page with a new time. No contact info or support - only a very limited chatbot that does nothing. No contact from them. Still no delivery.
Incredible how Gonzalo Forniés and José Servat are still in business with this terribly run company.

Failed to deliver

They have had my new dishwasher for 1 week so far and have failed to deliver. They have promised to deliver at some point during 2 different days, but failed with no valid explanation.

AVOID!

No way to contact customer service. Extremely long delivery time, WITHOUT any communication or update on the shipment tracker. The picked up the order from the company I ordered from 2 weeks ago, and I still haven’t received it nor do I have any information. Avoid at all cost!!!

Professional

The guys called me the day before to check in and give me a more precise time window of when they would have been arrived. The next day they delivered the package without any problems (Barcelona). Staff very friendly and installed and checked my washing machine (Cecotec).

Bad delivery

Have been waiting 10 days for a delivery from Euronics who use Method as their delivery company. Was told delivery today between 11;00 - 20:00. In all day but came up absent on delivery. REALLY!! Hopefully get our money back from Euronics, who apparently are on the case.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Terrible service. I would not recommend this to anyone + will ensure every company I know in Spain not to use this transportation company. I bought a large Samsung TV and paid for the TV installation service on the wall. The person who arrived to deliver the TV seemed to be unaware that he had to install the TV on the wall. He entered into my home with dirty shoes, refused to remove the dirty shoes, drilled my wall (which is made of plasterboard) but did not have the appropriate equipment to fix the tv support on this type of wall. Result: he left leaving my wall full of holes and without the tv support fixed on the wall. The company promised to send someone "right away to fix it". The person called me at 9PM asking if he could come on the next day. End of the story: I had to go to Leroy Merlin myself, buy the screws for this type of wall and fix it myself - for a service I had already paid for. The distress and the dealing with the persons who were on top of everything impolite and not solution oriented was very energy dragging. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I would give it a big ZERO.

Joke of a company

Joke of a company, waited at home all day for a delivery that never materialised, someone on a phone number who called me 12 hours ago keeps putting up excuses and is barely understandable, said it's on his way and could hear a woman and kids in the background...DO NOT use them but difficult when ordering online as you can't know who seller will be using.

This is the second and last time I will command some thing from Mediamarkt Tarragona because the delivery is not ok I received a televition with a broken display, I have placed the order on internet 5 December and we are now 27 December and I steel waiting for a solution.

No contraten con la empresa method Advanced Logistic

Compro de electrodomestico en Tien 21 online en dia 01/08/2024 que debería ser entregado entre 2 y 7 dias laborales, en su pagina web la empresa de logistica dice que se entregara el día 12 de agosto del 2024 estamos a día 23 de agosto y no paran de concertar citas cada dos días sin contar con el cliente,para la supuesta entrega, que nunca se produce.Es el 10 día de retraso y no se pueden comunicación con el cliente para decirle por qué no le están trayendo su paquete ni por qué se retrasa, ni nada de nada
No pongo un cero porque no se puede. EMPRESA SIN COMPROMISOY SIN SERIEDAD, que solo conseguirañá empañar y ensuciar vuestra imagen empresarial. TAMPOCO SE LA RECOMIENDO A NINGUN PARTICULAR
