Miacademy has poor to nonexistent customer service. So if you have a question, you won’t be able to reach anyone. You’ll be instructed by voicemail to leave a message and you may or may not hear back. If you do, it could take three or four days. That has been my experience for the last 2 1/2 months. We’ve been homeschooling for seven years and we’ve never seen anything like it. I had no difficulty reaching somebody when I was purchasing the curriculum, but now that I’ve purchased a curriculum no one‘s ever available.
