After weeks of waiting for a response, this company has completely ghosted me since I reported my returned parcel. This is outrageous, totally unprofessional and shows zero respect for customers. I strongly warn others not to order from them.

Terrible experience – No response, no refund (Order #12305)

I purchased a pair of Chloé espadrilles which arrived defective – the sole detached after just one wear. I contacted the seller via email, WhatsApp, and website multiple times, but received no response at all.
They completely ignored my messages and refused to offer any help or refund.

I have now filed an official complaint with the German Consumer Protection Agency (Verbraucherzentrale) and am preparing to escalate the case to the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) and legal channels.

Absolutely unprofessional and dishonest.
Avoid this store at all costs.

Poor customer services. Paid £31 express/priority shipping from Italy to uk and they sent it by standard/basic post in order to skim some extra money for themselves. Very poor business IQ and advertisement. Should have read their reviews before buying from them. I wouldn’t buy from them again!

I purchased a very expensive dress, which I needed to return. I have proof that they have received and signed for the package. They now have the dress but have not issued me a refund despite my emails and messages. Daylight robbery. ISSUE ME MY REFUND

I bought the Meison Margiela shoes order #10858, but they arrived not as described — they have scuffs near the sole, which was never mentioned in the listing. I tried to return them and requested a shipping label, as I don’t believe I should have to pay for return shipping in this case. However, I never received the label, and eventually, they just stopped responding to me (I’ll attach the last email I have sent to the store) Terrible customer service. I don’t recommend this store to anyone.

The jacket (over $1700 USD) I purchased was held up in customs and had to be returned to the sender, Michele Franzese. Therefore, I never received the package. Michele Franzese just informed me that they will be deducting 500 Euros from the refund. I never even touched the jacket and they are charging me a customs fee. What they should have done was to talk to their customs officials and have the fee removed. Through this ordeal, which has been ongoing for nearly two months. this company has not been good at communicating with me. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Refuse to answer my emails about a return gave me the wrong return details so i missed the date I’m in shock for my order 8956 they have to help with returns and make sure to give the right details

Won’t refund me for Moon Boots I retuned to them after numerous attempts to contact their customer service department.

I was able to get my dream bag at an amazing price during their Christmas sale with no additional taxes. It shipped express from Italy. I live in the US and have been on the hunt for this bag for over a year but couldn’t justify paying the price. Even preowned had a higher cost. Also their packaging was lovely. Thank you!!

Do not use if you are buying from the UK. I was thinking about buying a Stone Island jacket so I sent them a WhatsApp to see if local duties and taxes where included into the UK in the price. The answer i got back was "Yes it is free" ! Anyway I ordered the jacket which is too big for me so I wanted to return it. Then I was told o have to pay local duties and taxes plus all delivery costs to Italy including insurance. This including the delivery cost I paid to the UK (£22.00) means that the cost for me to return the jacket with postage and taxes included would be £ 175.00 !

When I enquired about duties into the UK they said yes its free but neglected to mention that returns would incure taxies and duties into Italy all at my own cost !

I questioned why they didn't tell me this when I asked the question and they have ignored my email. I even sent evidence of the WhatsApp message they sent me telling duties and where included into the UK.

Beware these guys ! Dodgy as they come !

The way I have been treated by this company is disgraceful. They haven’t delivered my item, they have taken my money and refuse to do anything about it but bury their heads in the sand. I’m £350 out of pocket. Do not trust them and don’t give them your money. I’m my eyes this is theft and they should be ashamed.

My card payments were declined so I wrote them via WhatsApp and they helped me with this problem :) Thank you a lot

I placed an order when I noticed it was unisex I immediately emailed and asked for a refund there was no way the item could have been shipped, they responded that the item had been shipped and it was unisex I responded with please issue a refund. They shipped the item anyway, now I’m stuck with a shirt that too little, it cost $100 to return & I paid $140 never order from them again

My item was nice and packaged well but I needed to return it because it did not fit and they were not helpful at all. They do not provide return labels so you have to pay to ship it back. I live in the US so shipping it back to Italy cost well over $250. They also stopped responding to my emails. I will not be purchasing from this company again due to their terrible return policy.

Does not respond to emails about a return. Have been trying for over a week.
