Very unprofessional, rude, and nasty people who have no courtesy and social skills. They talk to you like crap and say very rude things.
I tried to pay them $300 to settle a $500 loan which I already paid $201 for it and this is the reply I get: "Are you out of your mind? All of the NSF fees that you incurred have been charged to us by your bank, and this is not our fault. This is all your fault"

In fact my bank hasnt even charged any NSF fees and they are lying!. They are scammers so please do not borrow from them.

This company is not legal, they are operating under multiple names including the name “ Loan Rush” DO NOT loan with these scammer, DO NOT give any information to these frauds. If you have loaned with them immediately change your bank account. If you have a loan with them now change your account immediately, put stop payments on them until the account is closed. Block their emails and numbers, there is nothing they can do legally as they are operating illegally and will never provide their real names, numbers, or legal licence to issue loans. I paid the loan completely, 6 payments of $86 for $300 loan and they harass me constantly stating I owe money but fail to say what I owe or why. I have proof of each payment made to them and when I provided the proof they claimed the balance owing is for NSF charges. This is their scam, they tried to take payments out of a closed account on the same days I sent the payment to them, and they claim the payment was returned despite the fact I showed them screen shots of them having auto deposit and accepting the payment. They are frauds and scammers and make threats to contact employers and references, even have a bailiff come to my house to serve me legal papers to garnish my wages. I told them yes please file in court so we can settle this and they will have to provide their real names, real contact number, and proof of business license but of course they won’t because they are scammers. Do NOT respond to them and change your bank account.

The scammer actually answered his phone.
I asked why he wouldn’t provide email proof of payments he accepted but verbally he admitted to accepting 6 payments for a $300 loan.
He cried because I closed my bank account and he no longer had access to it but gladly accepted E transfers.
He now thinks he’s owed money for trying to debit the closed account claiming he was charged by the bank for returned payments.
He admitted to fraudulently trying to steal from an account that he was told was closed and was accepting E transfers on the same day he was debiting a known closed account.

It speaks for itself, he’s a fraud, and thief and has no legal grounds to persue any judgment due to the fact he’s not operating legally, he has no legal business accreditation.

Stay away from micro click loans, loan rush, easy money loans, alpha loans, ilowns, dollar stream, swift funds direct, swift finance, Toledo credit, Novilo finance,safe cash, star pay loans, heyday loans, basically anything out of Quebec as they are not legally accredited businesses

You accidently do one nsf and they threaten you. Call you a fraud. Psychopaths for customer service.

They treat you like absolutely crap. Name calling, making threats. This is by far the worst company to ever deal with. I've asked them how much is left on my loan, so that I can just pay it off and not deal with them, no response at all. Never ever deal with them.

This company needs to be shut down, they resort to name calling, threats and never once have i spoke to someone who has an understanding of the manitoba payday loan laws. Stay away..far away.

WOW !!!!!!…. I really wish I would have read the reviews first, my bad. I took a loan and pay on time every time I called the number on their web site for 2 days now and never get an answer always leave a message. I have emailed them 4 times no response. I am looking to get my payment schedule side I think I deleted it by accident not really a big deal but I can’t get anyone to answer by email or phone. I think I will put a stop payment for my next payment I’m sure they will get back to me really fast. I had so many companies that would have lent me the money I just wish I would have checked the reviews first.

I’ve looked at all the reviews and WOW SO TRUE. These people operating this company are completely pathetic and not compassionate at all. I have never been verbally abused or harassed by an apparently a professional business. STAY AWAY!!!! They threaten saying they are sending bailiffs to your home or workplace. This place should be shut down. I do admit I’ve had some financial issues but i communicate and let them know I’m having issues but they don’t care. They demand payment and several times per day. They never want to work with you to find a solution I used them as I’m having some financial issues and took out a small loan to get over a hump but wow biggest mistake I’ve made. We should all join together and take action against this corrupt company. The review from me is actually a zero

This company is an absolute joke , they don’t follow the Alberta payday loan act once so ever and the second you miss a payment they start to threaten you. The text messages I have from there loan officer is unreal , contacted 9 different times in the course of 6 hours between calls , texts and emails . After trying to make a payment plan off my next cheque the loan officer told me to “ check my attitude “ and after explaining they can’t legally contact me this many times in one day I was told to check my “ no it all knowledge “ . This company’s a joke . They aren’t professional at all . I see they have many class action lawsuits suites against them for the exact same thing they tried to do to me . THIS COMPANY IS NOT A LICENSED OR CREDITED BUSINESS BY THE BBB. THIS COMPANY WAS GIVEN A CEASE AND DESIST BY THE MINISTRY OF ONTARIO ON 2024 - 12- 02 and are currently on a consumer beware list on the ontario government website.

Absolutely terrible. They threatened to ruin my reputation at my workplace and personally with the bailiff lawyer do never loan from these people. They are snakes and they don’t stop harassing you. If I could show you a picture of my text message, you would never use them again.

What a terrible company, if you have the opportunity to read this before you loan with them DO NOT DO IT!!! They are RUDE and make threats to bring bailiff to your workplace or home. If you try to work with them on a payment plan they make fun of your sickness etc and I can go on and on but what a terrible company

They are operating illegally if they are are not paying attention to the laws provincially when it comes to payday loans you do not have to pay anything but what you’re private provincial legislation is I paid it in full. They still harass me over NSF fees when I told him not to take it out because my bank account was crowded and it was probably by them they threatened to bring a bailiff to my house to call my employers all over $50 but they say I owe them 300 on a $300 loan I paid over 500 and in Alberta it’s only $15 on $100 they also today stoop to a low and said they are sending me to a collection agency and when I looked up the collection agency it was a fake collection agency as well so I mean they gave me the money. Everything was good as long as I paid them, but I lost my job in my house and they send me 50 emails a day I refuse to pay them a dime more than what I signed the contract for so just beware they also are threatening me with going to jail lmfao rush loans it’s their other company watch out for them too

Applied for a loan, they said it was approved, asked for letter of verification of employment. Called me said I would be receiving funds within hour or two and did not send funds. Will be reporting to better busines bureau.

They have no license to operate outside of Quebec and the Ministry in Ontario has sent them a CEASE and DESIST. If you owe them money outside of Quebec-Do NOT pay them back as you have no contractual obligation.

Worst company ever they will start threading you with court once you miss a payment they will add more amount to your loan I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use there services at all !!!! People who work there are very rude

Stay clear of this company they are an absolute joke they told me I was approved sent me the contract I signed it then asked for my contact info for my job I provided then they stopped responding to my emails I had to text them at 2:20 and they advised I was denied with no reason they are scam stay clear of this place worst place out there I give them 0 stars

If i could give a 0 star rating i would the customer support i received was terrible the person i emailed with was rude and very disrespectful and not helpful i had a company that was going to take over payments and they were horrible about it then they proceeded to email me every 5 minutes threatening to call my work and references i asked for the balance after talking to phone support after being told i deserved to be treated that way the email i got back was my balance along with the comment pay it now so we never have to deal with you again, worst experience ive ever had dont work with them they should be shut down with how they talk to their customers
