Very bad experience
Very bad experience. I made an order, then found out that the seller sold me an item which is out of stock. When I have contacted the support they tried to tell me that it is OK and I just need to cancel. Here we have multiple issues: Miravia is keeping my money for 5 days, they try to put responsibility on the client, they do no compensate the waiting time (and prices went high on the item I waited for), they do not punish bad sellers - the seller still has 100% delivery on time and rating. Do not use this service, it is not worth it.
Fake phones...no services..
We bought google pixel 8 pro from Miravia and within short period it has created problems. And now when I tried to connect Miravia, I can't do ..and google told me they don't provide services to the MIRAVIA products. Shame on Miravia

I think it is time for Trustpilot to have a ZERO STARS option. Miravia would be in it I am sure. I bought a product that was o.k. However the shipping company they used were terrible, stating I had gone out when I was in all day.
Then Miravia started to send me adverts DAILY. I had clicked on the DO NOT ALLOW, but they continued. There is no UNSUBSCRIBE link so I went to the help on their website. Chat or Phone. I chose Phone and called to be told by a message that the phone is not in use and download the app. I tried CHAT. I explained in English to stop the adverts. I was given a 6-step how to UNSUBSCRIBE. I gave it a whirl. Got to no. 5 put in your email address but there was no box or anywhere on the page to do this. I recontacted CHAT and said that after 35 minutes of getting nowhere, could they please UNSUBSCRIBE me. No, they cannot under the law. Only I can unsubscribe which is something I cannot do. They have no H.Q. in Spain or even a postal address, only one in Singapore as it is owned by Ali Baba.
For your own sanity, even if you have to pay another supplier double, DON'T EVER USE MIRAVAR. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!!!!!!!

Worthless! They send you a mail that they have delivered but that’s a lie. They also promise delivery in a few days but I have waited 1,5 month!! Warning, don’t buy here!
Deliberately misleading.
Ordered two items on 28th Nov. On 1st December nothing happened so I cancelled one item. Cancellation processed correctly, refund was eventually issued, so all good. By 3rd of December still nothing, so I went to cancel the remaining order, but I cant as they say it has been shipped. Not true - the item was assigned a shipping number but the item has not yet been picked up with the courier. It's been this way for 5 days now. This is misleading and unprofessional. Cancelling is impossible due to the "shipped" status. So you need to contact support to exercise your rights. Lets see how this story ends...
I find it so disappointing when companies deliberately mislead you like this. Seems cheap at first, but better not to waste your time. Better to pay more and buy from companies with a good reputation. Never again.
Update: After contacting customer support I was able to cancel the order through them with ease via their chat support. I also believe a lot of this is the fault of the 3rd party reseller on Miravia - Electropolis. Avoid anything from Electropolis.

Meanwhile I am bombarded with promotional emails which I ignore as I have no intention of ordering anything else until I can see they are capable of delivering the original order. At the moment I have no confidence in Miravia, there will obviously be a delay AT BEST!

Stay away, they are NOT COMPLYING WITH THE EUROPEAN OR SPANISH LAW.
If you have time and support to deal with lawyers to look after your rights then go ahead..
In my case they refused to refund a perfectly returned product within 14 days. The government law explicitly says that you can return a product in 14 days even if the box is open. The item was not used. The item was defective.
Their supervisor was a joke - was uneducated and keep talking inadequately on the phone and saying that their policy is more important and disregarding the law.
On top of that Miracle store (seller) returned the phone to an old address after weeks and without my consent. They lost the phone and do not take responsibility! They are giving irrelevant answers on the chat and ignoring my question (where is the phone).
Miravia customer service is absolutely a joke, they are also giving irrelevant replies and keep asking you can I help with something else and end the chat quickly. They keep doing it intentionally, until you get tired and don't bother them again.
They clearly said that THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING AND DON'T TMHAVE RESPONSIBILITY BECAUSE THE SELLER IS NOT THEM!!!
SO YOU DON'T GET ANY KIND OF CUSTOMER PROTECTION!
This cycle continues until you get tired to deal with all these.

While the website says that you can return a product, they do not let you. They advertise that they are US company, but your order comes directly from China. I am still trying to return a cheap clock that I purchased, and they are not allowing a return. I am going to be submitting a claim with a Better Business Bureau.

Fake Product
I purchased what I thought were brand name water filters. The box arrived taped up and although the box is genuine, what was inside are fake. The carbon leaks all over my jug. Still waiting a response from customer service chat.
ILEGAL BUSINESS PRACTICES!
In early May 2025, I purchased an item via Miravia. The item received was counterfeit. I initiated a return, shipping the item back precisely as it arrived – in a plastic courier bag. Four days later, the seller rejected my return, claiming I had damaged the item prior to shipment. They provided photographic evidence of a similar item in a box, which is a fabrication given my parcel arrived and was returned in a plastic courier bag.
Despite numerous attempts over the past 30 days to resolve this issue with Miravia customer service (via chat and phone), I have not received a €30 refund nor has the seller returned the purchased item. Miravia's failure to intervene effectively supports the seller's retention of my funds without providing the goods I paid for. This situation constitutes a potential breach of contract and, in essence, theft by deception.

Total scam. They don't deliver the products, mark them as delivered and then you can't complain if they consider it's too late to do it. You lose your money automatically. Can't believe they can operate in Europe.
