Great customer service with their online stylists and I've got a beautiful rug for my baby to play on that looks amazing in my living room! Doesn't look like a playmat but is so squishy and comfy for him (ans for us, spending so much time on the flood these days!)

First time buying from Miss Amara and I was blown away by the service provided. Having been in communication with their stylist Fern a few months prior, I went ahead and ordered the rug I'd selected at that time. On receipt the rug was a little thinner than I had anticipated so recommenced my earlier chat with Fern to query what underlay would work best for my chosen rug. Fern then suggested another rug, a new addition to their catalogue, that I decided I would like more than my original choice, and so I was required to go through the returns/refund process. This was seamless and incredibly efficient.
Every point of contact I have had with Miss Amara has been top notch. From the styling advice, personalised follow-up, purchase and receipt through to return and refund I felt like a valued customer. I will definitely use their service again.

Such a great customer service team! I bought a rug that was incredible quality but didn’t quite much the theme I’m going for with my already decor colours, so I’m returning it for another coloured rug! The process has been such a breeze and with such kindness and assistance! I can’t wait to order my new rug!

We love Miss Amara rugs. We’ve purchased at least 5 rugs over the last few years and they have all been excellent quality and withstood high traffic and stains from kids and dogs. The price points are really reasonable given the quality and durability.

Runner and Underlay were absolutely perfect. They are as ordered, and the underlay was right size to fit under the runner without having to cut it, and it is hidden under the runner, and the runner does not slip at all. I have tested the runner without the underlay and it moved all over the place. Also, there was an issue with delivery, on the part of the delivery company, and Miss Amara staff went above and beyond to find my rug and underlay.

This is the second review I’ve left. I sold my house and the buyers wanted all the rugs. Therefore I had to start again in my new premises. I’m extremely happy with my new jute rugs.
