I’ve shopped here for over 12 years
I’ve shopped here for over 12 years. I think I’m done and won’t return. Their prices go up while quality seems to go down. Sizing is always off, dresses are always glorified moo moos, sheets are $90 and are not soft at all. Recently I bought $90 pjs and the material was tissue paper thin and see thru/ translucent. That was the last straw for me. They know that’s garbage, they just bank on their cute designs to get everyone to ignore the horrible quality. That’s not boho, that’s a rip off. I recently found their same granny square knit sweatpants for less than half the price on Amazon and their $100 sweaters for $20 on temu with the same exact quality, if not better (I got 4 sweaters on temu for the price of 1 at NL. Same sweaters!). I’m just going to look for dupes from now on. I recently saw the same gold butterfly hair clips they charge $14 for at the dollar tree for $1.25! World market and earthbound trading are good for similar less expensive decor items and clothing. Tj maxx has cute sheets for $15. Urban outfitters/ world market for shower curtains and bath mats.

I absolutely love love everything in this store and all my purchases! I get so excited to see what they come out with next. My car and bedding accessories are by far my favorite but the clothes and hair are cute too. Customer Service was a great help. My only complaint would be the oversize t shirts are really oversized so if your plus size dont order to big!
I tried. Did not like shopping experience regarding shipping
Loved company and even asked friends to get me gift certificates for Xmas but no more. When free shipping is offered a handful of times during the year, deliveries are horrible. Stock photos of some items can be deceiving and few clothing items are 100 percent cotton. Will not be purchasing again. Ty anyway
I wish I had checked Trustpilot.
I wish I had checked Trustpilot.
The quality is very cheap and the products don't look anything like the picture unfortunately. I purchased several final sale items - big mistake. Final sale means you can't complain when it doesn't look like the picture or the quality is crap.
Also, the reviews are all 4-5 star, yet I am unable to leave a review on my purchases so they are obviously fake.
Received my order yesterday, all good.
Received my order yesterday. Haven’t tried on the t-shirt yet….but just put the thermal on. Feels lovely, love the weave and the little cats embroidered. Wear an XL and it fits true to size. The only problem is that the ragged shoulder seam stitch is on the outside instead of sewn with it turned in. Suspect they got a bunch of these in sewn this way. I'd attach a picture but don't see a way to do that on this platform. I did hear from natural Life, and they explained that the seam on the outside is intentional (assume it has to do with manufacturing), and that it does in fact mention it in the product information. I went back and looked and it does indeed, I just didn't understand what it meant. The T-shirt fit well....but can't tell you how lovely the thermal feels on. I think the outside seam looks a little odd, but I plan to order another anyway!

I ordered a package on January 9th it is now January 21st and the package has been sitting at the post office since January 12th. Natural Life's customer service has been zero help. They said "email us at end of business today if it's still not there". Well it hasn't moved it's still sitting at post office like it has been...I see it and sent them a screenshot of it still sitting there. I also had a similar issue to this one several months ago. What's more insane to me is this is a Jacksonville, FL business and I'm in Jacksonville. I had someone in their customer service blame the weather. What?! We are in Florida and are not in harsh weather conditions ha. I will not be ordering from them ever again. It's not work buying $70 sweatpants.
Love it for what it is
Natural Life is hit or miss. You just have to be a savvy shopper. I have several flowy tops, a dress, a sweater, and pajamas from them that I LOVE. Never had a shipping or sizing issue etc. All my deliveries have been timely, and when I exchanged one thing for a different size once - it was easy. I've also ordered lots of knickknacks and presents from them etc, all of which have been super cute. I think you just have to sort of set your expectations that this is not a luxe brand. It's cute, fun, basically fast fashion like Shien or something, but a little better. Things from Natural Life aren't going to last SUPER long, but they're exactly as pictured etc.
I took a star off because their sheets are TERRIBLE. Like, they need to stop selling them and calling them sheets terrible. They don't list a thread count or type of sheet fabric (percale, sateen etc), so I should have realized. It's just super thin cotton, see through even in dark colors. And they charge $$ for them.
CUTE IS NOT ENOUGH
Cute, original, fun designs, but QUALITY is not always what you would hope. Customer service is horrible. I had a phone conversation today with an associate who wanted to lay down the law rather than listen to what I was actually saying. It's always questionable what kind of personality you'll get on the phone; the nicest people are their AI assistants--LOL. I will not shop with them anymore.
Natural Life has gone downhill
Natural Life was a go to source of fun, colorful clothing you can move in. Before I retired in 2023 I order quite a bit from them. Great quality, no customer service or shipping issues, and affordable. I worked as a pediatric therapist - so their styles were a great fit for my busy work life. And I still have (and wear) many of those articles of clothing. However, they have undergone a significant change in recent years. Last year (2025) has been the worst. They completely lost a shipment (first time that ever happened to me in 40 years of living very rural and mail ordering everything) and I had to FIGHT with customer service to get reimbursed. This is after tracking had it in Atlanta, not moving, for >30 days! The quality of the clothing is sadly very hit or miss now. Forget ordering any item that has been a staple for you and expecting it to resemble previous items with the same name. I was a devotee of the Beckett pants and owned every incarnation of them. Last year’s version was COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. Terrible cut, quality, and material. I had to return - which they charge for unless you engage in a protracted discussion with customer service - not pleasant. I feel like they are striving now for a demographic that’s not me at all. I never felt that way previously. I think they have some fantasy they can lure 20 somethings who want to shop at FP but can’t afford it. Good luck with that 😂. Meanwhile they are alienating the 50+ women with disposable income who loved their boho vibe. Bye, Natural Life 👋🏻 see you if you figure out your issues.
Sells Dangerous Cheap Products-Run!!
Purchased 2 oven mitts totaling $50. They were advertised as 100% Cotton and heat resistant to 392°. (Randomly precise). I bought them for my wife and on their FIRST USE, they melted, burning my wife’s hand. Upon closer inspection, the inner tag from the manufacturer says “Exclusive for Decoration”. The fiber contents is also polyester polyfill, and other plastic fabrics- Nothing natural. Zero percent cotton. Multiple reviews state that the mitts will melt and burn your hand. I also reported them to the FTC and BBB. This company cares NOTHING about their customers.
Placed an order back in September 25
Placed an order back in September 25, and it took almost a month to send me a tracking number. Suddenly said it was delivered. I never received it. Had the USPS track it and do a lost package search and they said it never arrived so they were never able to create their tracking number. emailed back and forth for a few months and they refused to give me a refund and were no help. Just let it go finally. Please do not order from them. It now seems like a scam even though there are some reviews that say they received their order. Are those even legit?
Very upset
I purchased a sweater for someone in another state. I put her address in the "ship to" section of the order and my address in the billing section. I paid with PayPal. Today I got an email saying the package had been delivered, and I recognized my own doorstep in the "proof of delivery" photo! I called (had to google their number; it's not on website) and they said that when you pay with PayPal Express, the shipping address defaults back to your own address!!! I don't have anything called PayPal Express, just regular PayPal. I asked why I was not told this would happen and the woman I spoke to said it was a PayPal problem, not their responsibility. I called PayPal and this is apparently true and I guess other people must know about it but I did not. If you want to send something that you're paying for with PayPal, you have to go into PayPal and change your address!!!! So now, just days before Christmas, I have no gift for my friend in NY and on top of that I have to go to a post office and stand in line for who knows how long to return the package so I can get a refund. Plus I have to pay for shipping. And on top of all that, the package they sent it in (not a box but some very flimsy plastic bag) was ripped in one corner and the item may have been damaged. I didn't open it to see.
I purchased a bedding set for my…
I purchased a bedding set for my daughter. The print was beautiful, but the quality of the material of the duvet and sheets is awful. The sheet ripped within months of use and the duvet threading is falling out and tasseled edges are all falling off. This was not cheap bedding, now I find myself having to completely replace it. Shameful products.
I’m shocked at all of the bad reviews
I’m shocked at all of the bad reviews. Maybe it’s because I’ve never had to return anything but I love the designs and I’ve bought an oversized blanket, a mug and a journal from them. Never had any issues.
They rob ppl
They rob ppl. I pd $55 + shipping for a night jumper, it was huge so I returned it and only get back $39.62. If tall believed in your brand you would stand behind it and not screw ppl over. I will never order from yall again!
Bad smell on clothing
Shipping was fast, purchased blue cozy bathrobe. Arrived with a horrible fish smell, quality poor, fabric flimsy & color washed out. Also made in China , maybe designed in Florida , but low quality Chinese product.
Cheap junk and you can't leave reviews
Almost everything I ordered was cheap, junky, bad fit or didn't look like the photo online. (colors not as bright etc.) One order was completely lost. They seem to review "reviews" and don't let negative ones go through. All their stuff looks cute online and they have great marketing but the products don't live up to the hype. Customer service is awful. This is from the real company.
(PS there is also a scam imitation website. They should do something about that like report it to the feds or get better cyber-security to protect their photos and text bec that company is even worse and scamming their potential customers.)
Kept on bugging me .
Kept on bugging me. Never bought anything from this website .
Defective product with no recourse
Your customer service is awful -- you are polite, but the policy is way too rigid. The stick-on screen cleaners are defective, and I spent $34.04 on them, only to find recently when opened, they do not work -- the adhesive is permanently affixed to the backing. I understand not accepting returns from last December, but to ask me to order a whole new batch, without offering anything but a discount, without proving that the product isn't always defective, is unconscionable. I will not be ordering again, and am looking for a place to post a review -- don't want others wasting their money on a poorly made product. PristineScreens screen cleaners were great, but not made anymore, sadly. You could have learned from them.
Shared My PERSONAL INFORMATION!
I placed an order and they shared my personal information with third parties that have inundated me with all kinds of solicitation including inappropriate ones. All I wanted to do is buy someone a gift. I never should have ordered from Natural Life or trusted them with my information.
