I highly recommend Niba

I highly recommend Niba - I order the cuticle oils branded to my salon and the whole process is so clear & easy to follow. The products are gorgeous and to say they are made to order the turn around time is very reasonable.

As a new customer

As a new customer, I placed my first order with NIBA and opted for the express delivery option. However, it is now 8 days later and my order has still not arrived! The Royal Mail tracker shows they have been expecting it for 4 days, but as yet they still report not having received it. Totally dissatisfied with the level of service, and particularly in view of the fact that I paid extra for the faster delivery option.

As outlined in our shipping policy, all orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). I can confirm that your order was handed over to Royal Mail on Tuesday 3rd February, as you ordered on Friday 30th January and our stated processing timeframe was fully adhered to.

Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery timeframe, including express services, is managed by Royal Mail. While express delivery prioritises the service once Royal Mail receive the parcel, delays can occasionally occur within their network which are unfortunately outside of our control. The tracking you referenced indicates that Royal Mail have not yet completed their scan, which sometimes can happen when they are busy, but I can confirm it is in their pocession.

A five star luxury skincare brand

I am someone with super sensitive skin and because of this, for years I have battled with wanting to use brands which I was attracted to as they smelt nice. I have been a NIBA customer now for many years, my skin has never been happier! Every product I have tried (I have tried them all) feels amazing on the skin, smells super fresh and most importantly doesn't irritate my skin. All of their products are affordable and they also have an affiliate program where people can share discount codes, To save a little on their orders! This brand truly is luxury skincare. If ever I have had a question, they reply in a timely manner. When I have wanted personalized labels, they have been more than happy to have conversations with me, until I agree on the picture I'd like on my items. My orders are always beautifully packaged and arrive swiftly. I love this brand so much, I gift it to friends, family, colleagues, my children's teachers and more. I donate it to the school raffle too. I have introduced so many people to NIBA over the years, because I truly believe they deserve the recognition and to be shouted about!

A beautiful brand 💗


I wish I had been introduced to NIBA sooner. Everything about this brand is truly wonderful, from the heavenly scented cuticle oils to the luxurious body scrubs. From the nourishing hand & body cream to the super passionate founder-Ashleigh.
The attention to detail is clearly visible with all of NIBA products, packaging and new launches. If you’re unsure or need advice on something , your reply will be timely, helpful and most importantly genuine.
I would highly recommend NIBA to use within a beauty salon or for personal use.
NIBA is a luxury product at an affordable price.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing products & a brand that truly cares

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Niba. From the moment I tried their hand cream and cuticle oils, I was hooked. The formulas are incredibly nourishing without feeling greasy, and my hands have never felt softer or healthier. Even after just a few days, my cuticles looked noticeably better and more hydrated. It not just me who is obsessed either, all of my clients love Niba products.

You can really tell this is a small business that puts love, care, and quality into everything they do. The products feel luxurious, smell amazing, and actually deliver results. It’s so refreshing to find a brand that does exactly what it promises.

If you’re looking for hand and nail care that genuinely works and supports a passionate small business, I couldn’t recommend Niba more. I’ll definitely be repurchasing and telling everyone I know! 💅✨

Support small!

Support small!! I have used Niba for years and yet to find a product I don’t love. The products are so gentle on your skin but give long lasting results. The scents are to die for and the packaging is super cute!

I have been buying from niba as a nail…

I have been buying from niba as a nail tech now for many many years!!! Their cuticle oils are my fave and the scents are just to die for!!! Every little detail down to the graphics is just exceptional! Lovely little business and Ashleigh is just so helpful and accommodating! Would highly recommend.
