I normally don't write reviews, but this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a dress that didn't arrive until I sent an email a month later asking where it was(!), then when the dress didn't fit I emailed for a return which wasn't responded to for another month. Now I have sent the dress (and paid for tracked delivery) but have had no recognition of receipt, despite chasing multiple times. Not sure if the business is failing or there is a severe lack of people working, but I don't recommend buying from here. The dress I ordered was also so much brighter in colour than in the pictures.

What a fantastic company to deal with. From help and advice on which items to purchase, receiving the goods and communication there are first rate. I purchased a dress and the quality was amazing, months later I’m still wearing it, their quality is so good. This dress has supported me throughout my pregnancy and will continue to be a timeless piece. The whole process on the website from browsing to checkout was smooth, the website is very clear and concise. Would definitely buy from this brand again.

First time buyer of n9ne and will be last customer service shocking , as helpful as a chocolate watch ....once they have your money you mean nothing to them ..such a shame .

NEVER ORDER

I ordered two outfits from nine for my cousins wedding. Neither fit properly, particularly for the quality vs price ratio (I work in retail as a buyer for one of the largest retail companies in Europe).

I emailed as per the websites FAQ instructions to inquire about a return address. Didn’t hear back for a week - despite the website saying it will be provided in 24 hours. After chasing the address was provided and I sent the returns. This was over 5 weeks ago.

On the 7th of October I got confirmation (after ME emailing to chase) that the goods had been received and were passing QC. I have since emailed six times all emails going unresponded.

I am 300£ down (still) with no communication regarding my return. I will be seeking further action as this is truly unacceptable. Particularly disappointing for a maternity brand given how much stress comes at this time naturally.

Avoid now blocked from sending messages. Sent item back claimed there was deodorant on the item nonsense would t be so stupid so send it back marked. claimed they were sending it back on the 11th July still nothing.

Only way to contact them is instagram and now my messages are not been delivered

Really impressed with Nine The Label customer service. Gave me advice on best fit for my body shape and I’m just in love with my order!

Love my new co-ord😍 the quality is so luxe I’ve worn this set all through Christmas and I can tell it’s going to be so comfortable to wear as my bump grows. Fits true to size but I like it oversized on me. Will definitely invest in another piece as I’m wearing it all the time

I'm so happy with my purchase, The Allegra. I'm 3 months pregnant and it fits me like a glove. The design is made to last throughout pregnancy and beyond so it is truly an investment piece. The quality looks and feels luxurious. A perfect Christmas present to myself 🥰
