Think twice before buying

Totally disappointed with my purchase of a 241 D Juke. I bought it when it was a year old in February 2025 by October warning symbols appeared. Dealership initially could not identify the problems. Eventually identified an issue with the inverter also the heating did not work. Car was booked in for repairs but the day before the car suddenly stopped in traffic with a HEV malfunction. Towed to dealership problem lay with software update which could not be got for weeks. These issues were sorted but while test driving the car a brake warning light appeared. A week later car still in dealership.

Do not buy a Nissan

I have had ongoing problems with a defective Nissan Aryia for 7 months out of the 11 months I own it. A warranty means nothing, nor does consumer rights.
My car has been at the repairing dealer 2 months now under "active repair".
A company's true nature shows in how they handle it when a product they sold you are defective: No refund. No replacement. Ignored emails. Lies. Courtesy vehicle only in the last week of 7 months stress and hell.
I will never ever buy a Nissan again.

Nissan Qashqai engine failure & poor service Windsor Raheny

Just spent €5000 to have our 2015 1.2l petrol Qashqai engine overhauled. Bought this thing new from Windsor Raheny in 2016 and serviced it with them annually for 4 years UNTIL they tried to charge us for a 2nd failed battery in 3 years after they had recalled the original car battery. 77k km and serviced annually. Research shows there are huge issues with this car here & in UK. Engine rebuilder told us it is Qashqais & Jukes that he is constantly working on. I can prove that Windsor "doctored" their invoices to make it look like there was no actual problem with 1st battery. The after sales experience (on top of the failed car, of course) means I will never buy from Nissan again, the Windsor branch felt decidedly cowboyish. Nissan Ireland were equally unhelpful and just wanted to wash their hands of the issue which they MUST be fully aware of.

Nissan customer service is extremely bad!!!

I towed my Nissan Leaf with EV system failure issue. Nissan John McCabe said that we can check one week later. One week later they said no technician here and you should wait few more days. After 2 weeks they said HV Battery issue and you should tow your car to Nissan Windsor Liffey Valley Dublin and pay tow fee yourself. They charged 130 EUR for diagnose fee. I paid all fees. When my car on the way to Windsor Dublin they said we don’t have a space and we can not accept your car here ( I already talked with them one week ago and they said tow your car here) You can send your car to Nissan Belgard Dublin. My car is in the Nissan Belgard at the moment and Nissan Belgard called me and said that we can’t sort it out problem you should tow your car Nissan Naas. I should pay another tow cost as well.
Nissan Naas said that we are busy and just can check your car on 18th of March.
So, I’m like ping pong ball between Nissan services. None of them provide correct information and solution!!!
This must be joke. Extremely poor customer service. They have zero knowledge and never provide solution. I just follow their directions and I pay all costs with wrong info/directions. I live in Dundalk and work at Dublin 2. It’s looks like I won’t have car for a long time as well. We will see what kind of more problems they will create.
This is my 3rd Nissan in my life. After sort it out problem I will sale it and never ever have another one in my life. I don’t recommend anyone to get Nissan vehicle. Headache!!!
