Not tsking responssibily for their acts

Order took very long to arrive and was then stuck in an outside Instabox for over a week while it was under minus 10 degrees.
It was creams whkch I can not use now.
My vomplaint and demand for reclamation created an invetigation that was not making any sens and did not help me to get my money back.
NeveR again NOTINO!

Notono sent my order to my old address

Notono sent my order to my old address, even though at time of purchase I screen shotted both my new address( which I had also changed online a year before) . They still insisted it was my mistake. I contacted my old address and it wasn't delivered there either. They have refused to refund. Wild never use again. Would not recommend. And am taking the issue further out of principle.

Correos Express lost my colli, Notino solved the problem

Correos Express lost my colli. That's for sure. When I informed Notino about this issue, Rodrigo did all the efforts to track the colli. Correos Express was NOT aible to inform us what happened with the colli or where they lost it.
It was Rodrigo who took his responsability and sended me a new colli despite it was 100% sure the fault from Correos Express.

Why pay for a empty box !!!

I would love to add to my review...After over a full week, I received my order !!! But only of an empty box !! I was offered a voucher or reorder, told them I want a full refund if not the goods to he resent, was offered a full refund, when contacting a CARLOS who offered me a refund !! To now saying I'm not going to get one !!! How does that work!! Paid insurance on the parcel as well, which I always did !! Sent proof of a empty box !!! I'm still trying to get my money back, who in there right mind spend 81.75 on a empty box !! They are liars and scammers!! Don't waste your money on this unprofessional company who actually do not offer you a service or items !! As I said I was offered my money back and that is what I want !!! The whole order has been a nightmare plus the lies !!!
I would love to hear your reply Notino!! More lies.......

Derision at my request for delivery fee refund

I had very poor service & my request for even a small gesture (refund of delivery charge) was rejected with derision. I was given a series of incorrect information, contractual obligations were not fulfilled & I was left feeling like an unwanted customer, even though I'd spent almost €70.

Instead of delivery with MRW, as I requested & paid for, Notino advised they no longer operate here (untrue) & sent my order with correos express. A lazy company who just dumped it in town, initially telling me it was "at a convenience store" but no information on which one.

Then Notino told me it was at the Correos & only the order number was required to collect. This is a 1 hour round trip & my husband valiantly went in 34C heat, as they close every day @ 14.30.

Not only was an order number needed, but ID & a form had to be sent for me to sign. All in all, collection took 2 hours of walking & queueing

Notino obviously need the €3.95 more than they value customer satisfaction. Shame on you & your sarcasm.

Well priced products and quick delivery.

A great selection of products which are competitively priced. Items also arrived quickly. Had to wait over a week for delivery by one of Notino's competitors so I was pleasantly surprised to receive the order much quicker.

Short changed

6 bottles of SebaMed deodorant ordered. 5 bottles arrived well packed and on time. When queried, I was asked for photographic evidence of the items received as well as the parcel itself (both inner and outer packaging) as well as the label. Clearly they did not believe that I was one short and pointed out that I should have kept the packing as per their terms and conditions. Such a shame to pick up a negative review for the sake of a £4.30 item.

FAKE PRODUCT

I orders one perfume White diamond ,I used before ،i bought from USA ,it was my favourite perfume ,and I was happy that I found in online shopping ,but when I got ..IT WAS FAKE PERFUME. I will never buy again and i will say to all of you that don't buy anything and donot waiste your money on fake products

Scammers and Cgeaters

I ordered in good faith Estée Lauder make up, what I received was an Estée Lauder free sample of 15ml. I know it is a free sample because I have been given the same from Estée Lauder in the past, as a Free Sample. They had the audacity to charge me 24€ fir the FREE SAMPLE. This Company scams and cheats you, be very wary about ordering from them. I never will again and I shall be telling my friends not to also.
