Expensive Forced Currency Conversion at Checkout
At checkout, prices are automatically converted into the local currency using a very expensive exchange rate, with no option to choose which currency to pay in.
This means you end up paying significantly more for the exact same items and only discover the real price at the very last step of checkout. There is no transparency and no customer choice.
Large international platforms like Amazon allow customers to choose whether they want to pay in EUR or in their local currency. This company does not, and the result is misleading pricing that clearly works against the customer.
The products are already extremely expensive. This forced currency conversion makes them even more overpriced and leaves a very bad impression.
On top of that, shipping prices within the EU are also expensive and difficult to justify.
I would not recommend purchasing unless these practices change.

The currency conversion is handled automatically by the payment service provider based on the customer’s location and selected payment method. Unfortunately, we currently do not have the ability to offer a manual choice of billing currency within this process. We regret that this has caused confusion or the impression of a lack of transparency.

Regarding shipping costs, these are calculated based on logistics partners, destination, and handling requirements. We understand that this may not always meet expectations and appreciate your honest input.
