Excellent vape pen excellent value for the money

Fast delivery and great service. I had to contact Nvee about an older model Vape i was using (Nvee Pro Mk1) for some advice. Rikki in customer services was really helpful and polite, replied to emails promptly and sorted the issue i had really quickly. Can thoroughly recommend this company. Thanks very much for all your help.

Just bought two liquids from local shop. strawberry and watermelon. no flavour disgusting, had to mix with another brand i had left. Smells ok when you open bottle, but dosen't taste of anything very weak. Complete waste of money.

Waste of money...stopped working after just few months... won't buy again !

The Pro II is kind of fragile, I have bought at least 5 over the years but with some swapping of parts I still have two in good working order.
But clearly I like them, elegant design, no clouds of vapor and no leaking.
Not super cheap (£32) but there are normally discount codes and their online service is excellent! I probably go through about 3 coils per month so about £6.

A terrible Vape bought the Pro a after less than 2 months the top keeps falling off with it becoming cross threaded.

I suppose you get what you pay for. When it worked the puff power and favour were quite good . Then just after 17 hours after buying a Veev now for £3 it stopped working . I only used it a few times . I purchased it at around 9pm in Sainsburys, used it a few times that night , the next day I used it a few times to take a couple of more puffs then it just stopped working . Waste of money . It's high time the Government regulated vaping company's more as they are one big rip off . If you buy a packet of cigarettes or tobacco there's never a problem with them as they are not electronic but vapes are .

Look at the horde of chuffing devices then no further than the astonishing NVEE !!! Not only one of first on market back then this company relies not on hype but rather a solid product with characteristic la marked ongevity. Case in point: my nnvee pod , bought because I didn't have enough money for a twenty deck fans is still going strong on the orgionale wick after three months hence just purchased four more wick units- again the NVEE pod getting me out of a tight spot when my fancier mod from joytech gave out.Im sticking with NVEE I can tell you that !!!

Bought a pro device thinking I was getting a bargain, you get what you pay for the battery life is absolutely awful it goes from fully charged to completely flat in less than 8 hours on the lowest setting and I'm not a heavy vape user. My previous devices have all lasted at least 2 days before dying will not be buying anything else from nvee and will be purchasing myself yet another new device as this one just isn't good enough quality. Lesson learned.

Liquids do not taste of the flavour as described on the box. Dreadful burnt taste,would not buy these again, just a waste if money. I would have given zero star rating if I was able to.

Bought the vape pod with the new and improved black pod.
Only to find that you cannot replace the black pod once it is finished. Contacted Nvee to be told that they do not stock the replacement black pods and have no intention of doing so going forward. £19.99 wasted on something that after one use is no good. They stated that I could buy the clear pods but they are nowhere near as good quality or taste as the new and improved black pod that they don't sell after you initial purchase of the vape kit.

Awful e liquid that tastes gross, gives you lung pain and a sore throat. Avoid.

Got a new nvee vape after a few days it's not working it's fully charged and I just got 5 new coils still not working what a load of crap

Doesn't work! 2 products in a row. Followed the instructions exactly and nothing. May as well have picked up a stick off the ground and tried to vape with that. The batteries charge fine, tank fills okay but connect the two and nothing happens. Will return to where purchased and never buy nvee products again. Avoid.

Very Very disappointing vape liquid. I've tried menthol, blueberry, strawberry and apple. They all have no flavour at all. Waste of money.

I love my NVee vape pod. Saves me a fortune I was spending 10 pounds a day on cigs, now I spend just 2.99 every 4 days for my vape juice! So instead of spending 300 pounds a month on cigarettes I am now spending just 40 pounds a month for my juices and refill tanks! I have quit smoking after 12 years thanks the vape pod. It's smooth and works well. Delivery is fast and comes straight to your door. I bought two of these pods allowing to me have two batteries so I can keep one on charge and simply switch batteries when one of the batteries needs charging, when I go out I always carry the spare battery and make sure it is charged so I can switch batteries. Once fully charged you can expect the vape pod to last between 4 to 8 hours depending on how often you use the vape pod. The only negative thing I would say about the product is that the refill tanks can only be filled up about 10 times before it needs replacing, it starts to tase burnt after about 10 refills, you then have to order more refill tanks online, I have been unable to find the refill tanks in the shops. The refill tanks are cheap a little over 2 pounds each. It would be better if the refill tanks could last for around 20 refills or more for better value.

The Menthol E-Liquid is fine, and if purchased with the subscription plan the price is good... But...there is an issue with N-Vee's payment system.. Since at least the beginning of 2022 the payments are all being rejected. This raises a number of issues:
1. Customers only know that the order was not processed via an email from WorldPay with the reference 'Future Payment Failure' - The bank did not reject the payments (I checked and the NVee staff only admitted that there was a problem in June 2022)

2. The workaround: Users need to create a new subscription every month.. by the time i figured this out I had 4 active subscriptions but none produced an order.
2. In order to get the subscription price you need to call customer service, they will place your order and send you a link for payment.
3. None of this is mentioned on the website and it took 6 months to find this solution from customer service.
4. The helpdesk staff are attentive and polite but it is obvious that NVee management do not give them the information necessary to do their job properly.
NVee...Arranging a payment system that works is at the heart of a good e-commerce business...get your act together... The reputation of this part of your business depends on it.
