Absolutely loved our calls with Nico…
Absolutely loved our calls with Nico the Omni behaviourist. He was so supportive, knowledgable and unbelievably helpful. We are currently putting his advice to work on our dog and seeing improvements. Such an incredible service from a great company.
Very dishonest promotion
Very dishonest promotion. We wanted to try Omni and received a promotional 50% off code to use if we were to try Omni products, however once we entered the code at checkout the discount was only 38%. When we enquired we were told that in order to benefit from the 50% reduction we needed to subscribe to Omni although there is no mention of this requirement in the initial e-mail with the 50% discount offer. We had already made the transition plan for our dogs but have now decided not to proceed in light of this seemingly dishonest approach to how they advertise. Very disappointing.
Saved my dog’s hearing!
At 6 yrs old, my dog developed stinky ears and was constantly chewing his feet and scratching. The vet confirmed Rupert was suffering from Atopy, most likely due to being allergic to meat and dairy. He also said that it’s very common and that during his career he had performed hundreds of ear amputations caused by this condition. Luckily Rupert responded well to treatment and now enjoys Omni food, which is an absolute game changer. His skin has changed, he’s calmer and no longer in pain. Omni are great to deal with and they are so caring.
There was a little hiccup with the…
There was a little hiccup with the delivery of my subscription order, where bags were damaged, after taking pictures and sending the details to the customer service team, it was very quickly resolved. I also tried my dog on the wet food, but it was not for him, and again, the team rectified.
This is a very good company, my dog loves the dry food, which I will continue to use, it’s also helped his itchy skin improve.
Still looking for the wet food that he loves and helps even more with his itches.
Fantastic product which my little dog…
Fantastic product which my little dog loves but most of all the improvement in her is wonderful to see. After a long term skin problem, two months of the irritated skin supplement have helped enormously. Also having a chat with the vet as well was reassuring. Thank you.

My bulldog loves Omni biscuits and treats, and today for the first time I used the vet phone call which was amazing. What an absolutely brilliant perk of being a customer. Sophie was lovely and put my mind at rest. Thank you x
A great first introduction to Omni Pet Ltd.
Sophie was prompt in contacting me and very cheerful and personable straight away. She listened to my concerns about an on-going problem with my pet and advised accordingly. We discussed a plan moving forward and Sophie equally reinforced, I was going in the right direction in helping my pet. Sophie equally suggested additional things I can do at home to monitor my pets progress. All in all, a positive experience so thank you.

I had a consultation with
Nick the dog behaviourist. Which I found so useful and informative. I am experienced dog handler but was experiencing some reactive issues that I was finding difficult to manage, nick was able to reassure me and also give training methods and exercises. I found the whole experience very rewarding

delivery not good even cancelled a delivery and only emailed me about the cancellation on day of delivery

Excellent knowledge without pressure to buy
My initial review with Sophie, the Omni Vet was excellent, her knowledge was delivered in a relaxed manner, which instantly put me at ease. She showed genuine interest & great care in finding out as much as possible about my dogs before recommended their products.
At no point was I made to feel awkward, or under any pressure to make a purchase.

No false promises no big sell
Sophie rang when said she would , listened carefully info about my dog harper and suggested that I try the senior food to see if this would help harper with the issues I have. Never gave me any false promises but she hoped that a chance would help and asked for me to keep in touch to see how it went .

Heard about the stress and anxiety…
Heard about the stress and anxiety tablets and we have tried other things when it had come to bonfire night and thought we would give these a try. What a difference these made to him, he was very much calmer and not stressed out as much so these will be getting purchased next year.

It was great talking to i think her name is fiona i am terrible at remembering names but in any case my Lucylou is 13 months old and has pancreatits and allergic to chicken so we decided to try the adult dry food first to see how she goes and we can get back in touch if need be
